Granted, there is only one "food truck" located here, I imagine it won't be long before others start filling up the space. At least they already have hook-ups already in place for anyone who wants to put a truck/trailer here. There's a serious lack of Mediterranean food so if anyone is looking for a suggestion. They built this food court so the trucks/trailer can encircle the eating area which is filled with picnic style benches. There is a porta potty and maybe after this grows, they will put in a permanent bathroom. The eating area faces out to the hills in Spicewood and provides a very nice view while dining.
