And the girl said "yes we charge for the cost of the cup." So pathetic. So I walked over to bogarts fully expecting to have to pay for something else I didn't need just to get an iced water for my toddler. The girl at bogarts, without hesitation, gave me an iced water. I said "are you sure? I can buy a muffin or something" she said "seriously it's no problem." And because of that, I went back a few hours later to get an iced chai, and now bogarts is the only coffee shop we'll give our money to every week in seal beach. Funny how not being cheap and a penny pincher with your paying customers will benefit you in the long run. Javatinis could learn a thing or two from them...
