The meat lovers was just that.... Tons of meat, super tender and very very juicy. The Brewmaster Burger was really good but definitely more "Breakfast style" than Burger. Sweet potato fries were perfect and seasoned just right! We don't love when they serve them burned and dried out. These were crispy but still fluffy inside! And of course you can't go wrong with a classic "Kaweah Burger".

It is ridiculous that in today's age, we have to be negated a simple cup of water. I understand…read moreyour company has bottled water but what's wrong with offering a simple cup of ice water? Especially when I e purchased a pretzel. The pretzels aren't that great either. If I'm not mistaken it's against the law to not give a consumer a cup of ice water. But that's okay. I went right across to Starbucks to get a nice large cup of ice water. To make matters worse I was even willing to pay for the cup if the company is so worried about the cost of their cup supplies. Terrible! Last time we consume at any of your locations.

I stood waiting in the online order pick up side and the cashier Alyssa ignores me and tells "I can help the next customer" about 2 times and so I tell her "can I get my online order?" She said "for who?" I said my name and just let her know "it was just a Dr Pepper!" She said rudely "I'm getting it" and then gave me my cup without even looking at me and turned away back to the register. Just one bad experience with one associate who is either having a bad day or just has terrible customer service will reflect on any business. I hope she doesn't continue with the same customer service she gave me for anyone else. auntie Anne's like I said before has always been great and friendly every time I go there. The work space looks clean no matter how busy they get and the line typically can go fast but seems long due to sometimes customers and the entire family standing there waiting for or to make their order. The Manager there is extremely great and attentive whenever she has helped me and there is a guy there with long hair who is always great as well! Very pleasant people to have to deal with real quick when I'm on a lunch or break. The pretzels are always fresh and they have the new Oreo bites I have been wanting to try but haven't had the chance to as well as the watermelon drink that looks really great and might try next time and Over all they always have something new advertised for us to try! Great place!! I would def. Encourage anyone who doesn't go there much or very often to try it out again just to remember the taste! Thanks for normally great customer service and unfortunately today it wasn't up to par but hopefully next time!

Drinks were always made strong and the servers were pleasant although the food always took forever to come out. The food always tasted frozen and oily. The health score should have deterred us and we were always met with sticky tables and glasses. *Three Rivers Mojito: could have used more mint but boy was the rum pour heavy. The lime taste was strong and I would have like more strawberry puree. *Pretty In Pink: fruity and sour with a strong alcoholic finish. I wanted more of a elderflower and hibiscus flavor but the prominent raspberry taste was still good. *Watermelon Vodka: slightly artificial but wow was the vodka heavy. Despite ordering this during happy hour, the pour was generous and the glass was massive. *Fried Pickles: the batter was incredibly thick and it wasn't cooked through. I literally had to peel off the doughy exterior to enjoy the classic pickle. This item needed more time in the fryer and the batter recipe should be revised. *Potstickers: the only decent food item. This was most likely frozen given the perfectly identical creases but it was steamed properly. The dipping sauce was flavorful and vinegary. *Fish and Chips: suffered from the same thick and flavorless batter. The fries were alright, salty and crispy. The cod was tough and rubbery. I mostly ate the fries with the tartar sauce and ranch and left the fish alone. Sequoia Brewing, your cheap drinks will be missed but pretty much nothing else.
