Julie was sweet to my sister and I and to every other customer in line after us, has good communication with her peers, and was able to multi-task. Pretzels are amazing and fresh. My family and I recently visited this Auntie Anne's location for the first time and we overall had a good experience. The employees were all very welcoming and helpful and the wait on the food was not bad but what really surprised me and left a bad impression on my family and I was the menu pricing. We understand we are in a time where prices have risen on everything but $24 for 2 slushies and a drink seems to be a major leap for even today's price jump. Our overall total for a couple orders of mini hotdogs and the mentioned drinks was over $50 and we all personally agreed the food received was not worth the price paid. read more

It was pretty busy inside when we walked in. The customers in front of us got the last pepperoni pretzels, so the (rude) cashier said it'll be 10 minutes. After 18 minutes, we got this burnt pretzel. The almond pretzel we got was also burnt. Overall, I don't recommend their products nor do I appreciate their customer service. read more

the service at the one on Retherford is terrible. we ordered 2 mini pretzel bites & the girl gave us the mini dogs , charged us & then said they were the same price. you shouldn't have people at the counter working that can't get orders straight & then lie as they were clearly not the same price. read more

Whenever we go to the Outlet mall in Tulare, a stop by Auntie Anne's is a must when I need a snack. My favorite pretzel of theirs is the Cinnamon Sugar one. Yummy! Their lemonade is also pretty good, and it pairs well with the pretzels. Overall, it is a fine place to grab a snack while shopping. read more

Came in here to grab some pretzels for the fam bam n myself. This place is really small and gets crowded really quick. Prices are ok some things are expensive. I only grabbed pretzels with cheese sauce. The pretzel was ok a bit salty n buttery but when u had it with the cheese it just ruined it. The cheese was super salty and i managed to eat it with the suace but it just made my stomach hurt. I couldnt eat the pretzel by itself. Not sure if Id be back might just stick to Targets pretzels n cheese. read more

The Auntie Annes in the outlet mall is a fantastic store! Always clean with great service and I would normally give it five stars. However I just had a terrible experience with a worker Enrique. He didn't greet me, he didn't smile, he appeared to want us in and out as quickly as possible. He was completely rude, it made me want to never go back with my family. Most of the other works are friendly but one bad apple can ruin a tree. read more

I was not impressed by the service here. When I asked for a jumbo pretzel dog she told me it would be 7-10 minutes because there weren't any made. She never apologized for the inconvenience , but rather she blabbed on about how she was the only working for the next fifteen minutes.She also insisted that I paid in advance, which was kind of rude and unnecessary. I saw how she treated other customers , which was consistent with how she treated me , hastfully and rudely. Someone asked her to stamp their frequent buyer card and she said something to the effect of , "I'm right in the middle of something" and rolled her eyes. It took maybe 12 minutes for her to finish my order. She took her sweet time making it, completing other tasks before even beginning my order. Unprofessional and kind of a rip off. To make things worse she didn't cut the pretzel dog in half like I asked and when she handed back to me she like shoved it in my hands causing me to drop it. I give her some credit for being the only person working, but it wasn't busy enough for her to be rude to me and other customers . There's no excuse for that. read more
