The girl at the counter who took our order looked like she didn't even want to be there, let alone the tone of her voice just sounded irritated as well. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but unfortunately, that doesn't reflect so great on the company as a whole. Second thing, was the mini dog pretzels that we got were completely unevenly cooked. The bottoms were a little burnt, yet the sides on some of them were still doughy. Maybe it just depends on the oven placemat during cooking, but it wasn't a great taste and texture combo. I would have retuned them or asked for a different batch, but we took these to go and ate them on the road. My daughter also got a large strawberry lemonade, which was probably the only star of the show today!

I stood waiting in the online order pick up side and the cashier Alyssa ignores me and tells "I can help the next customer" about 2 times and so I tell her "can I get my online order?" She said "for who?" I said my name and just let her know "it was just a Dr Pepper!" She said rudely "I'm getting it" and then gave me my cup without even looking at me and turned away back to the register. Just one bad experience with one associate who is either having a bad day or just has terrible customer service will reflect on any business. I hope she doesn't continue with the same customer service she gave me for anyone else. auntie Anne's like I said before has always been great and friendly every time I go there. The work space looks clean no matter how busy they get and the line typically can go fast but seems long due to sometimes customers and the entire family standing there waiting for or to make their order. The Manager there is extremely great and attentive whenever she has helped me and there is a guy there with long hair who is always great as well! Very pleasant people to have to deal with real quick when I'm on a lunch or break. The pretzels are always fresh and they have the new Oreo bites I have been wanting to try but haven't had the chance to as well as the watermelon drink that looks really great and might try next time and Over all they always have something new advertised for us to try!
