I had the time to order off the mobile app and it once I arrived at the establishment I saw my order and I got it and went straight to my car and on my way to enjoy the rest of the day. The store was clean the staff team member greeted me at the door and on the way out of the facilities. The store was super clean and no long lines early in the morning. Therefore, we were excited to see there was one in Fresno. Unfortunately this experience fell short. Although it is a franchise it seems this location is not up to par. The wait took over 20 minutes for two bagels. Compare that to another local bagel place which shall remain unnamed that gets out your order within 5 minutes. At one point during our wait, we could smell that something was burning.... not a good sign... On top of that, the amount of shmear on my Veg Out sandwich was close to nothing, and I was not even sure if they put it on it at all. The sandwich was messily assembled, and it definitely seemed like they forgot to add salt... My husband got the avocado toast-like bagel. I can't remember the name on their menu. Oh. I wish they had paper menus. I can hardly see the menu without having to get in other people's way. Anyway, so the avocado was harder than it should have been, and his was also missing salt, and he said the bagel seemed like it was a day old. On the plus side, because of all their disorganization, they gave us a bag of chips, twice. Once at the register, and once in the take-out bag... Eeks... Corporate-- please help the Fresno location come up to the standard it should be at! We will reluctantly be venturing to another bagel shop at this rate in spite of nostalgia.

There are TVs behind the counter that display ads for some of the food they sell, but there's no menu on display at all, so I recommend looking online ahead of time if you're unsure as to what to order that isn't already made known. Everything we ordered was made right then and there and then handed to us over the counter, and then we went all the way down to the end of the counter to pay for everything. They had many seating options to enjoy your food there. They had various small couches that offered insta worthy shots and tables with chairs to sit at. The tables were all dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned since opening, so we had to clean our own table. The snacks they serve are super tasty and portioned nicely. The ice cream scoops are big and rich. The esquites were nice and hot. We really enjoyed this new location and hope it makes some improvements to be as good as the other one!

There are plenty of seats if you want to dine in, but we usually order takeout. The bruschetta is one of my favorites; it's light and fresh, and the bread is perfectly toasted while still soft inside. We also love the RCBA, Spicy Carbonara, Roma Rigatoni, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. I love their sauce. It's not sweet like some other Italian places. Their salads are always fresh and delicious, and my picky eater son loves their spaghetti. The food is consistently delicious, the ingredients taste fresh, and it's become one of our favorite neighborhood Italian restaurants.
