It gets very busy the wait time can be around 10 to 15 minutes sometimes but I never really mind because the place is so charming. My only wish is that the inside was a bit larger but there is plenty of outdoor seating to sit and enjoy your treat. Then I asked the girl how do I able to buy order flavor because I come early and it's already sold out ? Can I preorder today pick up tomorrow? She said yes. I said hallelujah so I order 1 of each flavor and will pick up tomorrow same times. The next days I come and yes I got all flavor and 2 new flavors in store they still have score ! So happy lol. Amongst all the cream puffs, my favorites were the honey butter with vanilla filling, the green tea with green tea filling, and the apricot custard cheesebake. The other flavors were okay, they just didn't stand out to me as much and the shells were soft, which I know is probably how Beard Papa's is supposed to make them but I personally would've liked just a little crisp on the outside and maybe a little more buttery flavor but thats just me tho. The fillings weren't too sweet, which I like but I think they could've used just a tiny bit more sweetness because they were kinda borderline bland. As for pricing, I know doordash marks everything up, so I'm not judging them based on the prices I paid through doordash. Looking at Beard Papa's regular prices on yelp, I still think they're a little higher than what I would've expected for cream puffs, but not by a lot or anything. Overall though, I thought they were pretty good, and I'd probably go back, just probably not for every craving.

September flavor call out - Boysenberry Pie is incredible!…read more I stopped in for a midday treat and once I saw boysenberry on the monthly flavors menu, I had to try it. Boysenberry is hybrid fruit that combines raspberries, blackberries, dewberry, and a loganberry. * I only know this bit of trivia because I've been to Boysenberry Festival in Orange County manyu many times * ...anyways, this Boysenberry Pie flavor was delicious! The base is a creamy vanilla mixed with a boysenberry jam and a sort of graham cracker pie crust crumble. Such great textures with the light crunch of the graham cracker and the smoothness of the ice cream. I highly enjoyed this mini masterpiece! I also sampled their other September flavors: pralines and cream, German chocolate brownie, and blueberry biscoff. All were very good and I really enjoyed the German chocolate brownie.
