I've been craving Wetzel Pretzels' Garlic Parmesan Bitz and was unfortunately disappointed today. The pretzels weren't warm, and there was no visible Parmesan on them. Many were overcooked, which I still ate, but my 4-year-old refused the ones that looked especially darker. She had ordered the Cinnamon Sugar Bitz but actually preferred the flavor of the Garlic Parmesan. For over $7 per Bitz, I expected the bag to be filled to the top and the overall quality to be much better. LL read more

Ok I fell in lust with this place since they came out with their pepperoni pizza pretzels and pizza sauce but we didn't get one of those this time around we got a regular pretzel with cheese and pizza sauce with a medium lemonade to drink. Our pretzel had just finished cooking when we got it those are the best kind because it's like biting into heaven and if you dip it into some of the tasty pizza sauce first you'll love it even better. There's no better way to quench your thirst after eating a super salty hot pretzel than with some of their lemonade it taste almost like your homemade lemonade and it's fantastic we prefer this location it's quick friendly service so the line moves fast. Stopped to get pretzels. Who doesn't love a soft baked pretzel? I ordered 2 plain pretzels. The lady taking the order began asking something and I could not understand what the heck she was saying. Sounded like she was yelling something. Finally after asking her to repeat whatever she was saying, I could hear what she was asking. She kept repeating, "the bites?" I said no. She again asked, "the bites?" No, just 2 plain pretzels, please! How does ordering plain pretzels mean pretzel bites? I don't understand the confusion here. Got the order straightened out and payed. Received my pretzels only to find that they were partially burned! They did give enough napkins and mustard and the location was convenient for me, so 3 stars. read more

Not only did this guy mess up my order but didn't give me a receipt and if you know this place you are supposed to get one or your order is free. Well he didn't do that either. Then proceeded to speak to the other person in another language and tell me no he don't care Food is cold and got something we didn't even want. So no I don't recommend this place. Black Friday at the mall, a little kid knocks over my drink that I got from wetz's pretzels. I went over to the cashier asking for a refill and she said that they charge over $2 for a refill! I'm like," all the stores that open next door to you don't charge for refills why do you?" All I got was raised eyebrows and said "oh well." That's when I noticed that the cups were white non-logod or branded. I think the owner of this business tries to cut corners wherever possible. Ordered Postmates from this location over an hour before they closed and when the driver went to pick it up they didn't have it ready and I'm out my money. They should've had it ready to go but told the driver they're closing so it's too late. It doesn't matter if you're closing, they made a mistake so they should've fixed it instead of doing nothing. Service is terrible. Stood in line for 20 minutes, gave him our order twice. Got to the table and discovered he left a pretzel out of the order. Went back and asked for it, he said he didn't capture it, and if we still wanted it, to get to the end of the line to order it; which now has grown ten fold. Last time I ever visit this brand, they are idiots, and his name tag was scribbled on and unreadable. When i asked for the manager, he walked away and started to take orders again. read more

I consider their pretzels are the best in the valley. The owner is super friendly. Their lemonade is from fresh lemons . Highly recommended.

My family has been coming to the south entrance frequently to visit Follow Your Heart (animal rescue) and stop here on the way to eat. The service has been excellent on multiple occasions, and the food hot and fresh. We noticed Amanda in particular goes over and above for service. read more

I just went to get my wife and daughter a snack, in my wallet I had 2 punch cards. Every six you buy you get 1 free! Cool! I had a total of 17 punches (one with six so I get a free, and one with 11 one free and one away from a free). I asked for a lightly salted and a wetzle dog, and 4 cheese sauces. I payed 9 dollars and some change. In exchange I got a pizza bites, pretzel dogs, a bag of lightly salted bites and my cheese. Along with a punch card with 2 punches... I tried explaining the issue. It fell upon deaf ears. I went to the table so my daughter could start eating, and returned to the counter. The lady finally gave me a card with 6 punches (3 punches short but whatever I just wanted to get the food back to the food court table where my wife was). As I walk away the girl began explaining the situation to the manager, I went to the table but forgot mustard, so I went back to grab some real quick. As I approached the counter their conversation switched from English to Spanish. Jokes on them this gringo hablas espanol. The lack of professionalism was astounding. But it's ok we got the pretzels. Time to meet up! When we did my wife stated that the pretzels were old and rock hard... So I went back the young lady was still working the cash register, until she saw me. She then passed the duties onto another associate that had just came on shift. I asked for fresh pretzels and the first two ladies (one I am assuming was the manager) just looked away and ignored my presence completely. The new girl was confused, but assisted me.
