I came here because I had a coupon for a free pretzel and was already at the outlets to shop. There were a couple people in front of me in line but it moved quickly. It seemed relatively clean inside so that was fine. The pretzel I got was extremely buttery/oily and seemed drier on the inside than the pretzel I got at the Stoneridge location recently. The thing that made me the most concerned however, was the person who helped me seemed to have come back from a break or something while I was in line. Perhaps he just washed his hands before returning to work, but all I know is I saw him enter from outside of the store, walk behind the counter and start serving people without washing his hands. That bothered me the most about this experience and would make me likely not come back to this location. read more

Pretzels have definitely gone up and it's been a while since I had a pretzel. I usually get the bites to share. They were pillowy soft, hot, and tasty. The jalapeño cheese dip actually had some kick and paired well. Overall a bit steep at almost $12 for the bites and 1 dip but would buy again. read more

OMG!!!! I ordered the pizza pretzel and a pizza sauce. I never in my life tasted salty pizza sauce. What a nasty mess. They need to work on a new receipe, immediately! Wetzel's Pretzels has opened stores in almost all the shopping malls or outlet malls. They have 2 or 3 locations in the San Francisco Premium Outlets alone. I waited in line before Watzek's Pretzels simply to buy a pretzel and a drink. Yes! They have a line in front of the store on most weekends. The store looks clean, and the workers are working as fast as they can. But it is too many customers. I guess pretzels are one of the most convenient foods we can eat and shop simultaneously. read more

Man, I think there are a ton of these surrounding the SF Premium Outlets! I had a bad experience at the one located somewhere in Concord so I thought I'd give it a try here. Much better, I have to say because they at least had everything I wanted. It was a slow day, so there wasn't a crowd. Needless to say, the service was fast! I got the dog bites with a side of cheese and a frozen lemonade. Dog bites were meh, but kinda for elevated when dipped with the cheese. The frozen lemonade was refreshing, even more so on a semi-hot day. FOOD: 3. It was exactly as expected. SERVICE: 5. No muss, no fuss. VALUE: 3. PARKING: Huge shopping outlet lot. OVERALL: 3.5. Better than average for a snack. Not bad for a first run. read more

I ordered $60 worth of pretzels for my kiddos and friends and wanted to use my coupon. I was told she was only a cashier and was a back up as a favor to her manager. I asked to speak to the manager to apply the coupon. She said it was only her all day and was not properly trained to cashier. So did not apply coupon. It's ridiculous that they don't have the staff or the training! Do better wetzel. read more

$8+ for a lemonade is ridiculous! Didn't notice until he rang it up and started pouring it .. crazy price! Never this expensive for a lemonade at any other location. read more

Today I went to Wetzel's after downloading their new app, you get a free original or sinful cinnamon pretzel as a welcome reward! I used to get it at this mall quite often when they had the stand outside the YSL and true religion store. This I got from the spot near saks off fifth and Nike outlet! I was able to order it ahead on the app which I was glad I did since it had a fairly long line that I was able to skip by picking up my order! It was totally free and I like that you can earn points on the app when you regularly order. I went for the original pretzel since I had just got some ice cream. The original is way better then I remember it being in the past years ago when I would order it. It was super soft and buttery which really made all the difference! The salt on it was nice too but maybe a lil bit much so I dusted some off of it. Normally I get the pepperoni or the pepperoni and jalapeño pretzel so it was nice to try something different! Small clean store and there are some benches and seating nearby you can eat your pretzel at! read more

This place is poorly run. Customers were standing in line while all the workers including the manager was just messing around with another employee that was buying stuff. It shouldn't take 3 people to "help" him. No wonder everyone goes to Auntie Anne's. read more

Good location. When I went to order, someone was returning some of the cinnamon pretzels because he said they tasted burnt. I wanted to order the cinnamon pretzels also, so I asked if they could please make sure mine weren't burnt too. The cashier said "You can have what's there (gesturing towards the display case.) That's what we have." I said okay, ordered, and paid. While I was waiting for a the drinks and pretzels, one of the cashiers said, "Can you make some room for more people?" I asked where I was supposed to go? They just stared at me and handed me the bag. Just a small amount of customer service skills would go really far. I understand it's busy on a Sunday afternoon. However, it's a problem when you feel like you're bothering someone at THEIR job. A few of the pretzels tasted a little burnt, but most of them were perfect. Just a little soft skill training would go a long way! read more

Never had a problem with the pretzels or the service here! I used to work near here, and would come to wetzel's like, everyday on my break. They eventually just knew me and my order. :) Of course, I came here during the off hours (non-lunch peak), so the place was pretty much empty and the line nonexistent. During a Saturday afternoon, the line can get ridiculous and will take 20 minutes just to get inside. But the pretzels are worth it, and they're super convenient if you're there just to do some shopping. They also have some pretty bomb lemonade. read more

On 10/20 I went into the Wetzel's located at the SF outlets in Livermore, Ca to but some cinnamon bites and was charged for those and the order of the person in front of me. My wife and I walked into the location and there was another person in front of us. We remember this person paid in cash. After this person got their item and left we walked up to make our order. The cashier gave me a total and and I entered my card into the reader to complete the purchase. The cashier came back with my cinnamon bites and asked me to enter my card into the reader a second time. She mentioned that the first transaction was not charged to my card since a receipt did not print. I hesitantly entered my card into the reader a second time. Before I left I checked my credit card transaction history and noticed there were 2 new charges on my credit card from that location. I brought this up to the cashier and she said the first transaction would go away and will only show as processing. I asked for her name and the name of the store manager incase the transaction did not dissapear from my statement. She wrote down Leonor on a piece of paper and identified herself as the manger. It's been 3 days since this happened and the both transactions are still on my credit card. I've tried calling multiple times, but the phone continues to give me a busy tone. I've also reached out to Wetzel's corporate through and email and the contact form on their website. This should have been corrected that night when the till was counted and should not have required me to follow up a few days later. I just want my money back. read more

Found this Wetzel's Pretzels shop at the San Francisco Premium Outlet Mall in Livermore. It is located opposite the Columbia Sportswear Company store, and there is a kiosk available elsewhere at the mall. Good place to grab a snack in between shopping. I selected a Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. It tasted fine overall, but it was a bit hard. Pretzel may have been sitting under the warmer a tad too long. Ate it on a bench outside the shop because there was nowhere to eat inside. Good enough experience that I would stop in again despite the indifferent customer service. read more

Do not go here ! I rarely come in and was in a rush and really hungry. So I stopped to get a pretzel and sauce. He tries to hand it to me but before I grab it I ask for a bag. He places my pretzel on the disgusting greasy counter. I immediately tell him I don't want that one anymore get me a new one. I'm sorry but we still live with Covid and should place a customers food item on a dirty counter then expect to put it in a bag for me read more

I came in here to grab a pretzel, and I got a pepperoni and cheese pretzel as well as a jalapeno and cheese one. I didn't end up eating the latter and took it home, but the pepperoni one was quite average. The pretzel wasn't super chewy nor fresh, but the amount of pepperoni was good! At $11.78 post-tax for the two pretzels, it's definitely on the pricey side. read more

They messed up my order. They didn't fix it were very rude about and didn't tell me the price or repeat the order.

This place is so racist it's not even funny. If you walk in as an Asian family then the maximum occupancy is 2 people even though there are 3 cashiers taking orders. If you are non-asian then you can have as many people as you like inside. Even when voicing my complaints to the manager she fed the same bullshit about 2 people yet behind me there were well over customers 6 inside the store. read more

After a busy day of Christmas shopping, with a pack of 15 aunts and uncles plus an endless amount of cousins, my mother & I found ourselves across from this establishment, noting that our past experiences with other Wetzel Pretzels in our area were always good ones. With that being said, we walked in and received what would be the complete opposite of a regular experience from Tanforan & Stonestown Mall. What I believe to be a worker named Mickaela really turned my visit here from a happy one to an annoyed one. While ordering some Cinnamon Bites, i requested napkins and if they had, a fork. ONLY TO BE IGNORED. She then handed me an oily bag of Cinnamon Bites seeping oil on the bottom with NO napkins. Thus, aggravating my mom and causing her to demand the napkins in which Mickaela handed them to her and hurried behind the cashiers. Needless to say, I won't be bringing business here again on my next drives up. read more

HAIR IN MY FOOD- I wish I could give 0 stars! On Sunday I Found a hair in my pretzel dog half way through and went back to get my money back, I got to the register and the cashier argued with me that I ate half so he could just give me another and I explained there was a hair in it and I didn't want another and his response was "what if there is not a hair in this one though?" I said no,it was gross I didn't feel like eating anymore and I just wanted my money back, he asked the manager she approved the money back but then grabbed the dog to through it out and very loudly and rudely said ooh my god really? And tossed it in the bin. Now not only am I a weekly customer here but I work in a retail store and this is extremely poor customer service and an extremely rude way to treat a regular.. I normally love Wetzel Pretzels but usually go to the Modesto locations. Today when shopping in the outlets we decided to grab some pretzels. Horrible service! The cashier Omar was slower then a turtle. The hotdog pretzel was burnt. Terrible service! To start, we waited 5 minutes in line. When we finally got our order in for Cinnabitz and Regular Bitz, we were asked if we could wait 5 minutes because they didn't have any at the time. We agreed, but as I waited, the other two register workers started ringing up and handing out bags of Regular Bitz. I counted 4 in all before the lady that took my order gave me my bag of Cinnabitz. I waited for my second bag of Regular Bitz and she told me I would have to wait 5 minutes coz they didn't have anymore. Wait. What? I just waited 5 minutes for my order, now I have to wait another 5 minutes because you failed to grab a bag before the other workers? Back when I worked at the outlet mall, I would come here for lunch. Their pretzels are SO good--buttery, fresh, and warm, with delicious granules of salt.
