We ordered nachos for the table as a starter but was served with the rest our food. When they came out with our food, it was three people yelling out our orders and would either hand it to someone at the table to hand it to another person on the other end of the table or slam it down on the table. Bobby came out, greeted everyone kindly, and when I told him I still needed to order, he politely let me know he was going to quickly help the pickup customers first and then come right back to take care of me. He handled everything smoothly and was genuinely friendly the entire time. Our food ended up taking about 35 minutes, but Bobby's customer service made the wait a great experience. Toward the end, he offered us complimentary fountain drinks for the wait, which he absolutely didn't have to do. Since they were getting ready to close, he even threw in some extra sweet potato fries with my order. It's the little things like that that really stand out. Bobby was kind, attentive, professional, and made us feel taken care of even during a busy late-night rush. Great customer service can completely change an experience, and he definitely did that for us. Bobby deserves the recognition. 5-star service!

We managed to debone it, but every few bites we were finding fish scales. Not exactly the texture surprise I was hoping for. Meh. The lamb chops were fine, but I wanted more flavor. They didn't quite have that "I'm going to think about these tomorrow" factor. The sweetest part of the evening was when our server brought out a baklava with a candle for our birthday girl. Unfortunately, she's allergic to pistachios, so he quickly brought out a little bowl of ice cream instead. Very thoughtful save! Service was good overall, although things slowed down at times.
