Go through and it was very obvious the car wash malfunctioned and did not rinse the whole left side of the car, when we came out it was still covered in soap. We pull out, go across the street to the ShopRite parking lot to turn around and come back to let them know, did not even ask for an additional wash, just asked them to rinse the soap off. The lady said "I don't see soap but we will clean it off." (Great, you don't see the soap because the bubbles blew off while we were turning around but the streaks were still very obvious, see photo.) As we go to pull where she asked us to pull, an older man, literally foaming at the mouth, came out screaming that we are "fucking liars" pointing his fingers at us. Until this point things were completely calm and reasonable, no idea where this took such a turn. We could not understand much of what he was saying, he was literally just screaming, flailing his arms, and pointing, even the woman was holding him back. At this point we told the lady we don't appreciate being treated like this, we have been nothing but respectful and reasonable to this point. Then she completely becomes unhinged as well and starts saying she's going to call the cops and that everything is being recorded. Great! We are so glad everything is recorded because you will see clear as day that the car wash malfunctioned and our car was covered in soap when it exited your car wash. You will see clear as day that we pulled back up completely reasonable and understanding that things happen and we just wanted the soap rinsed off our car. Never asked or expected a refund, we were caught completely off guard by the entire experience to say the least. If you take anything from my experience, I would strongly urge you to think twice before visiting. We clearly watched as the car wash malfunctioned and failed to rinse an entire side of our vehicle. Luckily we left with a soapy car and several unwarranted personal insults and threats thrown our way from the staff, thankfully we consider that minor. As a mother with 2 small kids in the car when this happened, I would urge others to think twice. Clearly the man who approached my car out of nowhere (he was not present for the car wash nor the initial conversation with the lady about the soap) cursing and screaming was unhinged. If that was the reaction from kindly asking for the soap to be rinsed off our car (which would have taken less than 15 seconds and very little effort from someone already holding a hose) I would absolutely hate to see what their reaction would be if they did actual damage to someone's vehicle. There are several other reputable and professional car washes in the area, don't take a risk on this one.

I was not satisfied but had an appointment to go to. When I got home, I found they had not touched the storage well and did a generally sloppy job on the rest of the interior. When I did not get a response, I contacted them again and still have not received a reply so here is my review. After doing some research for professional detailers in the area I went with CleanPRO because they had an express hand wash option for $30. The express wash entails a quick vacuum of the front driver and passenger areas, hand wash, and hand dry. This does not include any waxes, polishes, sealants, and the like which are either included in different packages or available as add-ons for an additional price. I went with the express wash because I recently had body work done and I cannot get any waxes or coatings until the paint fully cures. I am overall satisfied with the work they performed. One thing I would recommend is to do a walk-around with a microfiber cloth when you get home and clean off some of the water spots on your car. I wish the detailer spent a little extra attention drying the water off the vehicle, but I may be nitpicking for a $30 hand wash. I had to do this in the past at automated car washes that hand dry your vehicle, but their MO is to pump out cars quickly. I expected a professional detail to have a bit more care and attention. Perhaps the higher-tiered packages will yield better results. However, this is a small inconvenience I am willing to overlook to protect my cars paint. All in all the professionals over at CleanPRO do a very good job at excellent prices. I want to mention that this review is based solely on my own personal experience and by no means is a reflection of the overall work that CleanPRO performs.
