I took my car to Tilton Auto for repair of major damage. I…read moremet the owner Will who I learned was 50 years in the business. He explained the repair and gave me the lowest estimate of any of the 4 other body shops I went to. Scheduled the repair for the following week which required 4 days in the shop. Something urgent came up and I requested if 3 days were possible to complete it. He said he'd do his best. On the 3 rd day he had it done and as "topping on the cake" he said the charge was $40 less than the estimate. Will is an incredibly noble and honorable craftsman who gives a personal connection that thee customer will never get at the big national body shop chains. If anyone is looking for a personal, professional body repair look no further then Tilton auto body.

It was noticed that the door alignment was off due to the passenger door had a new skin put on it to correct the body damage as a result of the incident. Chris the owner had his mechanic take the car in an attempt to rectify the situation. 10 minutes later the car was returned with an adjustment being made after a week it was noticed that there was possible movement . A call to chris led to an appointment being made 2 weeks hence at 11:00 am where the situation would be addressed and a check for $100.00 would be issued to cover the additional detailers fee of 4 weeks prior at approx 10;00 am on the 16th of april a message was received that the mechanic who was suppose to readjust the door had called out sick. with that I showed up at 11;00 am to pick up the check that had taken approx 3 weeks to issue due to the accountant not being in attendance. I then told Chris the I would not be returning the vehicle for any adjustments or claims about their Lifetime warranty on repairs. Shine Pro EHT is truly a hidden gem. I've driven past their spot on Black Horse Pike so many times…read moreand never realized what a great shop it is -- now I'm just glad I found them via the XPEL film manufacturer website. I recently purchased a newer BMW X5M, and the previous owner had already installed full PPF on the vehicle -- except for the front windshield. Of course, that's exactly where I ended up with a small chip. It was so minor that multiple glass companies told me there was nothing they could do to repair it. Rather than wait for a bigger issue, I decided to protect the windshield with protective PPF. From the first conversation, the team at Shine Pro EHT was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the product, explain the installation process, and answer every question I had. When my schedule shifted due to the recent snowstorm, they were flexible and worked with me to reschedule without any hassle. The workmanship is excellent, and you can tell they use high-quality materials. They even offered to install PPF on the iDrive touch screen -- attention to detail like that really stands out. Pricing was fair, and as a nice bonus, they washed the car before I picked it up. Overall, just a great experience and a good feeling doing business with them. If you care about protecting your vehicle, I highly recommend Shine Pro EHT.

I also told him I had purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having PPF and tint installed on that car as well. He asked me to call the shop the following week. I did exactly that. I called twice and left messages specifically for Isaac, but never received a return call. On my third call, I was again told that he was unavailable. When I asked why my previous messages had not been returned, I received no explanation and no indication that anyone cared to address the issue. What disappoints me most is not the lack of service on the PPF issue--it's the complete lack of communication. As a returning customer looking to spend more money with the business, I expected the courtesy of a simple phone call back. Instead, my messages were ignored. I genuinely want independent businesses to succeed, but customer service matters. In this case, the experience left me feeling that existing customers were not valued. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend Shine Pro.

Matt and the entire team were professional, genuine, and truly top-notch. The quality of their work, attention to detail, and fair pricing exceeded every expectation. You just don't find that level of care anymore. No one wants a collision, but if I ever need repairs again, I will absolutely return. They went well beyond the extra mile. I couldn't be happier. If ... you are looking for those essential accessories for your automobile or speakers that will…read morerock the neighborhood and make the expressway blacktop vibrate with every essential bass tone of your favorite recording artist ... FLOOR IT to the Autobahn where top service burns so much rubber that these guys have already lapped their competition clearing the checkered flag leaving the others wrapped in the smoke of their exhaust! This store deserves the not yet available YELP sixth star (I wonder if there is a secret review link that can edge a review over 5 starts because these guys deserve it!). I am not a car guy ... and I am not a car seat heater guy, in fact I would much rather be in a car blasting refreshing coolness from my air conditioner rather than adding any heat to the driving compartment. However, my life and Autobahn coincided because of SEAT HEATERS (I would think one's personal body heat is enough to warm up any car and I do remember some steamy nights in an old Chevy .... that's a story left to my next pulp novel.). When you randomly dial a business these days you almost expect to be put on hold, hear a recording that doesn't make sense as it lists options that you don't want, or you get that "yea, what do you want" welcome. The first winning point was the warm and friendly greeting offered each time I called these guys (I was shopping around so I called more than one heat seat installer and these guys were the only ones who were interested in me and my business.) and yes I called a couple of times but the caring phone service never changed. SUPERB!!! They were patient ... remember, I am not a car guy so my questions were basic and I am also "thrifty" ... "frugal" .. and yes some say "cheap" so price mattered. After a couple of telephone calls it was clear this was the place and on the day of my appointment I arrived early ... before the store opened but the manager let me in. We talked about service ... I told him about the phone calls ... he said, "we want everyone to feel like they are family." He smiled and continued to get the business ready for the new day. Each employee who walked through the door smiled and greeted me like I was a long lost friend ... like family. Even the store's dog came wagging his tail seeking a hug and some morning pets from this stranger in the shop. Before leaving the car for the seat heater installation I had more questions about other things they sold. Each question was answered and then I asked a few more questions about the seat heater's quality. The young man smiled and said he had the very same heater in his car and it was great! Picking up the car the seat heater had been installed with a factory like look. You would never imagine that the control switches and the seat heaters (totally invisible) didn't come with the car. And, those who are driving the car love the seat heaters saying it was one of the best investments ever! But the truth is ... as we travel the highway of consumer shopping experiences ... we all deserve a quality pit stop when we need something. The folks at the autobahn truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. Now, I wonder ... what will my neighbors think if I install one of those rockin stereo systems ... I have already lost a lot of my hearing so ... I could feel the music as I drive ... if I make the decision to go loud I know where I will be heading ... this awesome incredible customer appreciating little business in the Tilton Plaza! VROOOM!!!!
