They up charge on everything and I mean everything! Asked for a friend about balancing tires, dude said starts off at $180+ because of weights. Went to gentilini and got them balanced for $40. This place is a rip off and the amount of money I've spent you'd think they provide quality work. My shocks cost $2k for all 4 and to the person that did the work was lazy for not covering them. Now I'm down another $2k because the seals were blown from the paint. Seems like they knew what they were doing tryna make more money off my truck. Instead, there are buttons on the steering wheel. After 8 months I never got used to the buttons, especially on a traffic circle. I found aftermarket stalks and bought them. Turns out the steering wheel and airbag have to be removed to do the installation and I was not up to that with either skills or tools. I worked for hours to find someone to install them. Tesla would not and most places would not touch the job or if they did wanted a fortune to do the work. Marc was great in explaining everything and setting me up with an appointment. The place has a great vibe. They set me up with WiFi and the music they play is great. I highly recommend Imagine Audio as my go-to place for anything involving the dashboard.

We took our SUV to CarToyz because the hood and roof had become dull after of going through so many car washes using brushes and harsh detergents combined with UV. Our vehicle was returned in worse shape than when we brought it in! When we dropped off our SUV, the hood was dull had minor scratches, but not it was not excessively scratched, color was consistently green, but dull. What Distinctive CarToyz returned to us was excessive scratch marks carved in the front hood and the green color removed/gone (see the photos). They also managed to remove the paint finish around the ignition switch. The interior of the car smelled like they had spilled an entire bottle of Windex inside. Clearly, the job was not in the wheelhouse. To add insult to injury they removed the car dealership decal on the back and put on their own Distinctive CarToyz business frame (see photo) around the back license plate. Blatantly corrupt to have people think we purchased our Tahoe from them and not from a reputable dealership. They are any but reputable. We took our SUV to our car dealer and for only a couple hundred dollars more than what CarToyz charged us ($1,500), Bennett Chevrolet made our SUV look brand new!

I asked Mike to remove bose crap and install Polk MM6501 components the front doors, with the tweeters in the sail panels. In addition, I asked that he run power to and install a Precision Power 5 channel amp. I asked that he rewire the existing Bose subwoofers to be powered by the new amp. Flawless work. He did everything I asked at the price quoted, and in the time quoted. Walked me through the sound test and tweaked the amp to my specifications. If you want someone who does the job right, go to Mike. I traveled from Downtown philly, past another car audio shop, and over into NJ because I knew he would deliver. I've used another car audio shop on Vine street in Philly before. Very, very average work, focused mainly on ghetto blaster types. Again, not a bad shop, but not nearly up to par with Audiosonic. They have random techs that do the installs. To contrast, Mike does all the work at Audiosonic. I paid more, and it was worth every penny.
