My first experience was at the Marlton location, quick and efficient work. This time around, I was coming to get another car tinted (just the 4 side windows) & I was told it was be 3-4hrs. I thought that duration was ridiculous and the parking lot was empty so I was confused why It would take so long. Anyway, the customer service rep Angelo told me it would take 3-4hrs and to wait in waiting room. I decided that's entirely too long to wait, just like anyone else would. I went to the front desk to tell them I was catching a Uber home & to call me when It was ready, I'd catch a ride back to pick up my car hours later like I was told. My uber comes to pick me up to take me 25 minutes home, once we got near my house they called me back and said that the car was finished that fast. I quickly told my Uber ride to take me back and sorry for inconveniencing her, she proceeded to tell me that she had just picked someone up from the same location that was told their car would take several hours to be done and they ended up calling in about 45 minutes saying that it was finished. Again, it seems to be a pattern of being inconsiderate and wasting peoples time and money. I spent $45 just to go for a ride and then turn around and come right back without any. Apologies for the inconvenience or reimbursement. I mentioned to Angelo, the front desk, customer service rep, in front of the manager as well, I was expecting 3 to 4 hours. That's why I paid for a ride to come and pick me up. Angelo says to me "yeah it's estimated 3-4hrs" , I said , "but, that was 45mins I just left here. Angelo responds, "when we're on it we're on it". I left because he clearly didn't see what the problem was or didn't choose to care, I thought it was pretty clear and common sense to recognize the inconvenience that you just caused someone. So yeah, very disappointed with the way that the situation wasn't handled and not addressed, very unfortunate because I like the companies actual work.

He explained the repair and gave me the lowest estimate of any of the 4 other body shops I went to. Scheduled the repair for the following week which required 4 days in the shop. Something urgent came up and I requested if 3 days were possible to complete it. He said he'd do his best. On the 3 rd day he had it done and as "topping on the cake" he said the charge was $40 less than the estimate. Will is an incredibly noble and honorable craftsman who gives a personal connection that thee customer will never get at the big national body shop chains. It was noticed that the door alignment was off due to the passenger door had a new skin put on it to correct the body damage as a result of the incident. Chris the owner had his mechanic take the car in an attempt to rectify the situation. 10 minutes later the car was returned with an adjustment being made after a week it was noticed that there was possible movement . A call to chris led to an appointment being made 2 weeks hence at 11:00 am where the situation would be addressed and a check for $100.00 would be issued to cover the additional detailers fee of 4 weeks prior at approx 10;00 am on the 16th of april a message was received that the mechanic who was suppose to readjust the door had called out sick. with that I showed up at 11;00 am to pick up the check that had taken approx 3 weeks to issue due to the accountant not being in attendance. I then told Chris the I would not be returning the vehicle for any adjustments or claims about their Lifetime warranty on repairs. My advice to who may read this. all you will get from Tilton Is someone with empty promises and excuses.I am 84 years old and have been around the Block. and in order to avoid any additional Stress I have decide to walk and to not deal with nefarious merchants who most likely had their employees post reviews.
