He immediately identified the streak as chemical discoloration and explained what had happened. Then, with just a light hand polish, he was able to restore the trim right there on the spot. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He clearly has an eye for detailing and also offers tint installation and removal. I also told him I had purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having PPF and tint installed on that car as well. He asked me to call the shop the following week. I did exactly that. I called twice and left messages specifically for Isaac, but never received a return call. On my third call, I was again told that he was unavailable. When I asked why my previous messages had not been returned, I received no explanation and no indication that anyone cared to address the issue. What disappoints me most is not the lack of service on the PPF issue--it's the complete lack of communication. As a returning customer looking to spend more money with the business, I expected the courtesy of a simple phone call back. Instead, my messages were ignored. I genuinely want independent businesses to succeed, but customer service matters. In this case, the experience left me feeling that existing customers were not valued. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend Shine Pro.

My first experience was at the Marlton location, quick and efficient work. This time around, I was coming to get another car tinted (just the 4 side windows) & I was told it was be 3-4hrs. I thought that duration was ridiculous and the parking lot was empty so I was confused why It would take so long. Anyway, the customer service rep Angelo told me it would take 3-4hrs and to wait in waiting room. I decided that's entirely too long to wait, just like anyone else would. I went to the front desk to tell them I was catching a Uber home & to call me when It was ready, I'd catch a ride back to pick up my car hours later like I was told. My uber comes to pick me up to take me 25 minutes home, once we got near my house they called me back and said that the car was finished that fast. I quickly told my Uber ride to take me back and sorry for inconveniencing her, she proceeded to tell me that she had just picked someone up from the same location that was told their car would take several hours to be done and they ended up calling in about 45 minutes saying that it was finished. Again, it seems to be a pattern of being inconsiderate and wasting peoples time and money. I spent $45 just to go for a ride and then turn around and come right back without any. Apologies for the inconvenience or reimbursement. I mentioned to Angelo, the front desk, customer service rep, in front of the manager as well, I was expecting 3 to 4 hours. That's why I paid for a ride to come and pick me up. Angelo says to me "yeah it's estimated 3-4hrs" , I said , "but, that was 45mins I just left here. Angelo responds, "when we're on it we're on it". I left because he clearly didn't see what the problem was or didn't choose to care, I thought it was pretty clear and common sense to recognize the inconvenience that you just caused someone. So yeah, very disappointed with the way that the situation wasn't handled and not addressed, very unfortunate because I like the companies actual work.

We took our SUV to CarToyz because the hood and roof had become dull after of going through so many car washes using brushes and harsh detergents combined with UV. Our vehicle was returned in worse shape than when we brought it in! When we dropped off our SUV, the hood was dull had minor scratches, but not it was not excessively scratched, color was consistently green, but dull. What Distinctive CarToyz returned to us was excessive scratch marks carved in the front hood and the green color removed/gone (see the photos). They also managed to remove the paint finish around the ignition switch. The interior of the car smelled like they had spilled an entire bottle of Windex inside. Clearly, the job was not in the wheelhouse. To add insult to injury they removed the car dealership decal on the back and put on their own Distinctive CarToyz business frame (see photo) around the back license plate. Blatantly corrupt to have people think we purchased our Tahoe from them and not from a reputable dealership. They are any but reputable. We took our SUV to our car dealer and for only a couple hundred dollars more than what CarToyz charged us ($1,500), Bennett Chevrolet made our SUV look brand new!
