I had PPF and window tint installed on my BMW by Shine Pro and was initially happy with the work…read more Recently, I ran into the owner, Isaac, at a Cars & Coffee event and mentioned that the PPF had developed some chips and needed attention. I also told him I had purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having PPF and tint installed on that car as well. He asked me to call the shop the following week. I did exactly that. I called twice and left messages specifically for Isaac, but never received a return call. On my third call, I was again told that he was unavailable. When I asked why my previous messages had not been returned, I received no explanation and no indication that anyone cared to address the issue. What disappoints me most is not the lack of service on the PPF issue--it's the complete lack of communication. As a returning customer looking to spend more money with the business, I expected the courtesy of a simple phone call back. Instead, my messages were ignored. I genuinely want independent businesses to succeed, but customer service matters. In this case, the experience left me feeling that existing customers were not valued. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend Shine Pro.

Shine Pro EHT is truly a hidden gem. I've driven past their spot on Black Horse Pike so many times…read moreand never realized what a great shop it is -- now I'm just glad I found them via the XPEL film manufacturer website. I recently purchased a newer BMW X5M, and the previous owner had already installed full PPF on the vehicle -- except for the front windshield. Of course, that's exactly where I ended up with a small chip. It was so minor that multiple glass companies told me there was nothing they could do to repair it. Rather than wait for a bigger issue, I decided to protect the windshield with protective PPF. From the first conversation, the team at Shine Pro EHT was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the product, explain the installation process, and answer every question I had. When my schedule shifted due to the recent snowstorm, they were flexible and worked with me to reschedule without any hassle. The workmanship is excellent, and you can tell they use high-quality materials. They even offered to install PPF on the iDrive touch screen -- attention to detail like that really stands out. Pricing was fair, and as a nice bonus, they washed the car before I picked it up. Overall, just a great experience and a good feeling doing business with them. If you care about protecting your vehicle, I highly recommend Shine Pro EHT.

I stopped by Diamond Detailing where Tyler, the owner, was in the middle of working on a BMW. Even though he was busy, he took the time to look at my car. He immediately identified the streak as chemical discoloration and explained what had happened. Then, with just a light hand polish, he was able to restore the trim right there on the spot. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He clearly has an eye for detailing and also offers tint installation and removal. I went in confused and worried, but walked away with my trim fixed and full confidence in his expertise.

Initially, I came back to this company due the great work they've done for me the past year, highly…read moresatisfied with the tinting. My first experience was at the Marlton location, quick and efficient work. This time around, I was coming to get another car tinted (just the 4 side windows) & I was told it was be 3-4hrs. I thought that duration was ridiculous and the parking lot was empty so I was confused why It would take so long. Anyway, the customer service rep Angelo told me it would take 3-4hrs and to wait in waiting room. I decided that's entirely too long to wait, just like anyone else would. I went to the front desk to tell them I was catching a Uber home & to call me when It was ready, I'd catch a ride back to pick up my car hours later like I was told. My uber comes to pick me up to take me 25 minutes home, once we got near my house they called me back and said that the car was finished that fast. I quickly told my Uber ride to take me back and sorry for inconveniencing her, she proceeded to tell me that she had just picked someone up from the same location that was told their car would take several hours to be done and they ended up calling in about 45 minutes saying that it was finished. Again, it seems to be a pattern of being inconsiderate and wasting peoples time and money. I spent $45 just to go for a ride and then turn around and come right back without any. Apologies for the inconvenience or reimbursement. I mentioned to Angelo, the front desk, customer service rep, in front of the manager as well, I was expecting 3 to 4 hours. That's why I paid for a ride to come and pick me up. Angelo says to me "yeah it's estimated 3-4hrs" , I said , "but, that was 45mins I just left here. Angelo responds, "when we're on it we're on it". I left because he clearly didn't see what the problem was or didn't choose to care, I thought it was pretty clear and common sense to recognize the inconvenience that you just caused someone. So yeah, very disappointed with the way that the situation wasn't handled and not addressed, very unfortunate because I like the companies actual work.

My son had to take off early from work to be there on time. I also spent three hours removing the light bar and wiring to make the repair easy for the technician. They confirmed that it was a good appointment, puts me on hold, they speak with manager who says she called me multiple times and left messages. I schedule this and confirmed everything, got multiple emails with the confirmation. We are leaving for a trip the following day, 4 hour drive so it has to be fixed. I ask if they work Saturdays, we are not leaving till the evening. They do repairs on Saturdays but am told they won't repair ours, those repairs are for rental customers only... They have my email, they could have sent a text too, basic customer service, but it's convenient to just say we tried calling, because she never did. The manager also refused to get on the phone...
