I have asked him to do a 4 room job in June without meeting him. Based on my experience with dealing with painters, cancelling, not showing up without a call or showing up 2 hours late for an estimate. We just had 2 painting groups for the same job, because the first group. Painted our ceilings bright yellow. And the walls a very dark, deep grayish blue. I had the containers marked with the color sample cards with directions as to what paint goes where! The problem was they did not read or write English and were using phones for their needs for translation! They were able to get us on their schedule before we went on vacation, which we appreciated. Rich came over the morning the painting was to begin and we discussed everything that was to happen. Everything went so well with their crew that came in to paint. They were so friendly and flexible. They did an absolutely amazing job. We LOVE the transformation. Rich had stopped by again and I asked if they install cabinet pulls. He responded yes, and was able to also install the cabinet pulls before finishing the paint job.
