I had PPF and window tint installed on my BMW by Shine Pro and was initially happy with the work…read more Recently, I ran into the owner, Isaac, at a Cars & Coffee event and mentioned that the PPF had developed some chips and needed attention. I also told him I had purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having PPF and tint installed on that car as well. He asked me to call the shop the following week. I did exactly that. I called twice and left messages specifically for Isaac, but never received a return call. On my third call, I was again told that he was unavailable. When I asked why my previous messages had not been returned, I received no explanation and no indication that anyone cared to address the issue. What disappoints me most is not the lack of service on the PPF issue--it's the complete lack of communication. As a returning customer looking to spend more money with the business, I expected the courtesy of a simple phone call back. Instead, my messages were ignored. I genuinely want independent businesses to succeed, but customer service matters. In this case, the experience left me feeling that existing customers were not valued. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend Shine Pro.

Shine Pro EHT is truly a hidden gem. I've driven past their spot on Black Horse Pike so many times…read moreand never realized what a great shop it is -- now I'm just glad I found them via the XPEL film manufacturer website. I recently purchased a newer BMW X5M, and the previous owner had already installed full PPF on the vehicle -- except for the front windshield. Of course, that's exactly where I ended up with a small chip. It was so minor that multiple glass companies told me there was nothing they could do to repair it. Rather than wait for a bigger issue, I decided to protect the windshield with protective PPF. From the first conversation, the team at Shine Pro EHT was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the product, explain the installation process, and answer every question I had. When my schedule shifted due to the recent snowstorm, they were flexible and worked with me to reschedule without any hassle. The workmanship is excellent, and you can tell they use high-quality materials. They even offered to install PPF on the iDrive touch screen -- attention to detail like that really stands out. Pricing was fair, and as a nice bonus, they washed the car before I picked it up. Overall, just a great experience and a good feeling doing business with them. If you care about protecting your vehicle, I highly recommend Shine Pro EHT.

1 STAR -- VERY BAD BUSINESS…read more I would NOT recommend Diaz Auto Glass based on my experience. About five months ago, I paid for what I expected to be a brand-new windshield. The windshield they installed was cracked. I immediately brought the issue to their attention and was told it would be replaced. That turned into FIVE MONTHS of waiting. First, the owner was on vacation. Then he was busy multiple times. I continued to be patient and gave them plenty of opportunities to make it right. Finally, months later, I had an appointment scheduled to get the damaged windshield replaced. The morning of my appointment, I was sent a picture of another broken/chipped windshield and told that my replacement would now be pushed back another couple of weeks. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a NEW windshield, not a cracked windshield followed by five months of excuses, delays, rescheduling, and another damaged replacement. Mistakes happen in business--I understand that. What matters is how a business handles the mistake. Making a paying customer wait FIVE MONTHS to receive what they originally paid for, and then canceling again the morning of the replacement, is VERY BAD BUSINESS and terrible customer service. After five months, I should not still be chasing a company to get the brand-new, damage-free windshield that I already paid for. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Diaz Auto Glass.
