DO NOT GO HERE! Unfortunately, I'd give this business a zero rating if I could. I paid a lot of money that I've been saving up for a complete detail. I was called to pick it up and noticed one wheel wasn't clean at all. There was sap still stuck on the outside, bugs still on the front grill. The inside looked like they did a quick vacuum and wiped it down to make it look shiny. There was crud left in different spots. My seats still had stuff on them. My windows had swirl marks. The cup holder still had crums. One of the cup holders in the back had sticky stuff still in it. I took it to get it detailed by professionals. I could have done what they did for free. The lady asked what they could fix. I told her. They took it back in and just put the shiny stuff, again, over what they should've cleaned. I didn't feel like waiting any longer, so I paid and left. I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone. My husband and I had to go through it and get the several spots they missed. If a business is going to charge almost 200.00, they need to do a good job. They did not at all. I honestly don't think they did all they said they were going to do. What they did was quickly wash it and wipe it down to try and make it look good. My car wasn't that bad in the first place. It was a very easy job. So disappointed. read more

This started to appear a week after an exterior detail. I normally put a coat of wax on both my wife and I vehicles before winter. With a heated insulated garage at home I'm about ready to kick myself for not doing it myself. They are trying to rectify as I write but I believe it will reappear once the dressing breaks down. Luke ordered some products from our web site. He opened a claim with PayPal that he never received them. We noticed our mistake and shipped the product out ASAP. Tracking # shows delivered 4 days before his credit card company reversed the charges. Giving him FREE product. We are out of the product, the retail price of the product and additional fees for the chargeback. You think Luke would have sent an email and or called us and said "Hey we owe you money and apologize for the misunderstanding." Well, that didn't happen. While driving I got an alert on my dash that I had low air pressure in all 4 tires. About a mile later I pulled into Superior Auto Detailing to check if I had any flat tires. At this point it was after 6 pm on a Friday so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was immediately greeted by Luke, the awesome owner, and without hesitation he checked all of my tires and resolved the issue. I am so immensely thankful that Luke was there and willing to help! I took my 2007 Toyota Tundra in for a full detail and I am a very happy customer!! Luke and his team were amazing at every step of the process. My truck had a lot of small scratches, dents, and desperately need a wax to bring back the original shiny black paint. The interior also need a deep clean. Missed the forest for the trees. Mildly rude, but also left tons of dirt and spots uncleaned, focused only certain things. Only recommend if you have a LOT of money and a VERY nice car. Luke, the owner, is indeed a friendly guy, as other reviews have mentioned. And if you have a late model luxury car, he'll be all about it. On the other hand, my truck has its fair share of scratches and nicks, which he made sure to tell me about in pretty unprofessional fashion. Mind you that it is no junker, there is no peeling paint or rust or anything like that, it is in fantastic condition for a 2006. It's just that he is so accustomed to cleaning spotless Benzs all day long that he must have repeated 6 times, "yeah, your truck's really seen better days". Thanks, buddy, way to flatter a customer. None of that prevents you from cleaning it up, which you did, right? Kind of. I paid extra for his high end paint treatment, and where he and his team DID clean the paint, it looked fantastic. But they did that at the expense of basics: the grill was still dirty as hell, with bugs sticking out and everything; leaves under the edge of the hood, spots all over the windshield, inside and out, bird droppings on the roof rack, roof itself did NOT get the same love as the rest of the paint, etc etc. I was in a hurry when I picked it up, but was hugely disappointed when I got home. Couple this with the fact that they wanted an additional $70 dollars to polish up the headlights (clean up that 'yellowed' look they get from road wear and sun), and I was extremely disappointed in the money I spent. Usually I'm the kind of guy that goes back and gets him to clean it up and give me my money's worth, but A) I just moved to town and simply didn't have the time and, B) part of what I paid an expensive 'pro' for was to know that it would be done right the first time because I didn't have time or brain power to deal with hassles. I was given a complete detail as a gift from my children. I dropped off the car at 8:45am and had to call them at 3:15pm to find out if my car was finished. The wheels weren't cleaned, the interior was vacuumed but nothing else, the windows were still dirty, the door jambs were filthy, the interior doors were still dirty, the leather seats were still filthy. When we pointed this out to the lady she said I'll fix it. I specifically asked her if they clay rolled the car and she said they had, but the hood still had bugs and sap on it. I could have saved my kids over $200 and washed the car myself. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

What an awful experience. 181 dollars to have a full detail and they then told me it was 30 dollars more for dog hair. They couldn't get the water spots off the window because it would cost another 100 dollars to use the cancer causing cleaner. Are you guys kidding. Wait! They couldn't figure out how to open my trunk (just push a button) so i had to wait to have it done after i pointed it out . I brought my car in for a detail after an unfortunate incident involving vomit. The staff was friendly, accommodating and assured me that they would have mo problem taking care of everything. They did a wonderful job and were able to get my tan interior looking clean, sparkling, and better than ever before. Their prices were competitive and fair, I had called around to other places in the area and their prices were all just about the same. As is the case with most auto detailing establishments- there is an additional charge for vomit. All in all, I was very satisfied with the interior and exterior detail they did for me. Now no one will ever know about the vom mishap! Word to the wise: I would recommend dropping your car off and having them call you when its finished versus waiting. Very Nice people, Who Do A GOOD job. After explaining what I wanted, he quickly had me driven back to my hotel. I was updated throughout the day, on expected time. After he drove me back, I could barley reconize the car. Understand I drive ALOT. The inside stains were all removed. The outside buffed to a new car look. His other customer cars, looked as good as mine. Luke, was a very cool down to earth guy. Helped me get a quote, on a broken piece of the car. And was very aproachable. I recommend using them. The nice thing about Luke is that he is not caught up in the numbers game..... by that I only mean that in most places you are only a number and that's how you are treated from the beginning to the end of your service. That is NOT how Luke treats his customers. You are the most important client when he or his staff is servicing you car. Luke will even pick up your car and drop it off it that is necessary. Poor service tried to get a deal on two of my cars for a detail wash, which is overly priced/expensive, and when I tried to get a discount the owner was not so warm welcoming. The car detail work they do, from what I've heard, is not up to par with the various other places that have a better price and deal that outmatch this place. Other than that the workers their were more kind and generous than the owner himself. From my speculation at the place, seemed like make it seem like they are better than they actually are. Other than that I'm giving only mainly one star due to lack of customer service and speculation of poor work. P.S. The owner, Luke, loves to brag about his rating on yelp but the ratings on yelp don't seem to match the profile of this business. read more

Took my 2005 truck in which hadn't been detailed in 12 years and had a heavy haze on the exterior plus the interior was never detailed and baby seat left dents in the back seat leather plus kid food stains. They initially called me after I dropped it off and said I had dog hair in the carpets and it would be like $25 dollars extra. I totally agreed with their assessment as I had a dog that went to a lot of places with me and I even had business associates comment on the dog hair. I was happy to pay the extra. When I picked up the car, it looked amazing, exterior was good and kid seat area was like new. I had a talk with the owner, and he mentioned there was what he called acid rain marks on the one side of my car. These were really like hard water spots from my in ground lawn sprinklers, as I live on a one way street and I always park out front. He said they had a hand wash process that could address this but he couldn't reach me on my cell later in the day. He said it was $100 and showed me on a price board hanging in the office. He said if I could turn down the sprinklers, he could have me come back for a hand wash and acid rain treatment for the discounted price of $40! I took it in today and my truck is a giant mirror. I came to AC for a few days for a few days from NYC. I needed to get my car detailed because water had gotten in throught the sunroof and the interior had that funky smell. Looking at the reviews I decided to check out Superior Auto Detailing and I'm so glad I did. Being without a car and away from home, Luke took us to a nearby mall to pass the time while he and his staff cleaned my car. I am extremely impressed with Luke and his staff's professionalism and courtesy. My car looks like it came right off the lot brand new, and the inside is clean and free of that funky smell. If you're in a need for a clay bar detailing, you better watch them do it or find another place. For $160, I shouldn't feel any particles in my paint or have to ask for my driver side to be vacuumed. I took my car there about a month ago to have a full detail and to have the cigarette smell removed from the vents. The prior owner was a smoker and I could never get the smell out on my own. When I picked my car up it was gorgeous and smelled great. The owner guaranteed his work and told me if there were any problems just to come back and he would retreat my car for free. Well the smell came back but not as bad so I though I'd see if he was true to his word. He was!!! On a busy Friday afternoon he told me to bring the car right in and he'd treat everything again. I sat there and watch for over an hour while he worked his magic. Still not sure it's going to get the smell out but once again the car looks great and smells nice. I will and have recommended him to Friends and Family to go get there cars taken care of. read more

By far the worst place ever . I have a 2016 Jeep Liberty that had tree sap all over my hood of my truck . Like told me it was extra to get that all off. I didn't care I just wanted that stuff off my truck . I paid for the service and it was never cleaned . It looked like they tried to cover it up with something. They had my truck all day . I had to pick it up the next morning. After he told me it would be about four hrs to clean . Luke is beyond a Lair , all he does is ramble on and on about his business. The young lady who sits at the desk is such a sweetheart . I will not be returning back to this place . Not bad for the price but,they're time management sucks . read more
