On August 8, I purchased a car wash in Bay 1and it stopped working halfway through. The car had soap on it and I had to go to another bay, pay, and get a second car wash in the same day to get rid of the soap. I called the number posted for when there are problems, and no one returned my call, nor was I refunded the first car wash which came up to $11.88. Never had a problem until now. When you own a business, you have to monitor it, give credence to your clients like me who can prove what happened, track complaints, etc. You have lost a client. read more

Used to be good. The last 3 times I went here there was hardly any soap at all put on my vehicle. Once I pulled in and the exit door was out of sequence. When the wash was over and it tells you to go forward, the exit blowers were counting down my double drying time and I had to get out of my truck to figure out how to open the exit door. Done with Wet Willys ! maybe the owners should maintain the place more often ( change out the soap barrels etc , refill the products we're paying for) and make sure their customers aren't being ripped off...Hoffmans touch free on Wolf will be my next try read more

Car washes aren't perfect especially touchless ones I've been going to this one for a few months now and i can say you get what you pay for the 17$ value is way better then the 48$ i was paying at Hoffmans down the street way overpriced! The quality is decent and the double drying power is great i always keep a few microfiber towels for drying in the back to finish off the left overs. Got ripped off - I paid with my debit card when the kiosk refused cash - then after I entered the wash, it soaped up my car and then stopped, and the "pull forward" green light came on. It never went past soaping the car, and then kicked me out. I had to drive my soaped up car down the road to the Hoffmans car wash - paid again to actually get the car washed. I used this car wash a few years back and I remember it the wash pressure being so intense my car shook. So when I had several spots of bird poop I was like I will go there it should get it off. Nope! Worst car wash ever. First off the bird poop still there & then the entire drive side was still covered in soap. I stopped in to Wet Willy's for a car wash after a long road trip. I opted for the mid range selection and I think I paid about $9. I was happy with the quality of the wash of my vehicle. I've since moved away from the area, but in the past I purchased a Groupon for something like 10 car washes. It's worth checking out that website to see if that deal is ever available. On Feb. 25, I used Unit 2. The machine splashed soap bubbles, but that was it. It did not clean my car with water. I waited for water cleaning for several minutes, but the machine never worked. It's ridiculous. After that I called the number on my receipt (518-618-1424), no one responded. I left my message, but no response. I called two more times, again no response. I left messages again, but no call back. The owner is clearly ignoring my complaint. I put my truck through this wash the other day and had a very poor experience. The soap spray was applied, but there was no high pressure rinse applied to clean it off. Also after the wash was complete the blower did not turn on so my car dried with water spots all over it, on top of also being dirty. I emailed the company, in which my email was rejected. I also called the company and left a message and they never responded. Don't bother wasting your money on this car wash, because its neglected. First of all this is a touch-less car wash so don't expect your car to be as good as when you have 4 people drying your car. I started to come here more often because it is close to where I live. They have 4 cleaning bays and the self vacuum stations are on the sides. They have a variety of different wash packages on displace outside of each bay for you to pick and choose. One thing I really like about this car wash is after the major washing procedures are done, they have additional 60 sec blow drying at the end of each bay when you leave, so you can get additional drying on while your car leaves the bay. That being said, I think this car wash provides a decent value compared to other touch-less in the area. I started to come here a few times a month and recently more since winter hit. If you keep up with washing your car, this place will do a good job. For someone who doesn't regularly get a car wash, and only gets it when their car is "muddy", no touch-less car wash can help you to be honest. read more

I wanted to shampoo the backseat of my car. I read that the machine wasn't going to give me change back. I only had a $10 bill. I couldn't believe there wasn't a machine to obtain quarters. I had to go to the gas station next door to obtain smaller bills. I put $2.00 in the machine even though the wash I needed was $1.50. Again I wasnt expecting my change however I did expect the shampooer feature to work since it was an option. I bet Wet Willy's Car Wash would have better business if they had either a coin machine, offered what is indicated on the machine and/or even a new updated machine that accepted a credit or debit card. read more

Please disregard the ridiculous name. I've been coming here to get my car washed for a while and I've been very happy. A few things you should know: This is a touch-free, automated car wash. No attendants to speak of. It offers the ease of a regular drive though car wash but without the faint scratch marks you eventually get on your paint. On the downside, a touch-free wash never gets your car quite as clean as the do-it-yourself or drive through options. BUT they do have that awesome Rain-X-like wax finish, which means the rain just beads right off your windshield. Love it! read more

I like this place. It is good for cleaning off general road murkiness and most importantly -salt. Is it perfect? No. However, if I am looking to impress a lady or be seen getting out of my car all dressed up, I'll go to a place with human workers and pay some more. For routine washes, this is quick, and always available. I've been through a few times and haven't been disappointed. The nasty, welded-on stuff you get from parking under a tree all day won't come off in one pass, but to remedy that, I just park my car beside trees for some shade and not directly under them. read more

Do not go to this car wash. You pay $17 for the top wash and it doesn't even remove the pollen or basic bird poop. On top of it, the hot wax that I paid for was never applied. No one picks up the phone when you call to talk to a supervisor and there is no one on site to address issues. They also don't respond to emailed customer issues. I love this touch-free car wash. From my experiences, it's the best touch free in the area. The pressure of the water is stronger than most I've visited. The soap/wax coating is also generous. My car comes out pretty clean for a touch-less. I'd prefer this over a brush scraping the paint job I'll continue to visit this car wash. read more

I have been to this car wash on a number of occasions over the past couple of years. The results were always excellent. This past Sunday, 5/26/19, I decided to go all out and get the full deal @ $16 plus tax. There wasn't any soap and the water pressure was not as good as it had been in the past. Then the "hot" wax came down on half of my car and kept dripping through the rise cycle. Once I had gotten to my destination, I looked at my car and it was as dirty as it was when I went in. I messaged them on their Facebook page and haven't heard anything yet. I could have gone to another car wash down the street, but this one seemed more convenient.
