I had a free car wash coupon from years ago that I used to wash one car and then ended up using the free vacuum for the other car. The car needed a good clean, and it took longer than anticipated. They usually close the location at 8pm and my utilization of the free vacuum went beyond that time period. I'm not sure if they were nice and let me finish up or if they never turn off. It's a great value if you want to just get an exterior wash and clean it inside by yourself.

So the first garage I pulled into a quarter was stuck in the machine so I had to pull into a…read moredifferent one. More then one garage had a huge puddle in the middle, very poor drainage. Couldn't even step out of my car without my shoe almost getting submerged. The soap brush was extremely messy, and there was soap all over the wall. Not to mention the hose that sprays water is very stiff to swing around your car. (The metal bar that's attached to the ceiling.) The change dispenser only gives you Dollar Quarters. It's $2 for 2 minutes, and the next step up is $5 for 8 minutes. No happy medium for me. I tried 2 minutes and had to do another 2 minutes because I barely made it around my car. Not returning.

Hello I purchased…read morea gift card service for my son for Christmas as a gift full detail service highest package offered my picked it and planned on spring service to clean the appointment is made and scheduled time comes nothing waiting 30 minutes before contact the customer service chat on the app does not respond waiting 30 minutes for the reply to be call the customer service number I call and get told to reschedule for another day so I reschedule the same day as I contact customer service and I am scheduled for 1:30pm 5/3/2024 again no call nothing contact customer service a hour after appointment was scheduled was told again running late I call customer service and I am put on hold 4 times total waiting on hold to be told again I will need to reschedule I ask for a supervisor to be told he is busy after my second hold and I am giving the local number to pass the buck and ask for corporate number and I am placed on hold again third hold and I am told that the supervisor is out of town and will be back on Monday I reply I want to speak with his boss then I am told the supervisor is in a meeting and not out of town and I responded to I want to speak with his supervisor the customer service phone representative was a told professional and he also gave me his supervisor name in the early part of the the the customer service person puts me on hold again 4th time I am told by the customer service representative that the manager would like to call me and I was told it was the higher boss but he can not transfer me to him but he will call me and I apologize to the phone representative and it was not him I was blaming the company DO NOT BUY OR TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY I hang up with customer service and I get a call back and guess who it was the same name as was given me who was the call center supervisor and not his boss so more shady behavior and lies he was not out of town and or in a meeting just wanted to avoid the issue I am now told I will be getting a refund and it was just a mistake and I replied back the first time it was a mistake maybe 2nd time is intentional same thing I don't think so (BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT TRUST OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY)
