I had a free car wash coupon from years ago that I used to wash one car and then ended up using the free vacuum for the other car. The car needed a good clean, and it took longer than anticipated. They usually close the location at 8pm and my utilization of the free vacuum went beyond that time period. I'm not sure if they were nice and let me finish up or if they never turn off. It's a great value if you want to just get an exterior wash and clean it inside by yourself.

Wheels/ rims were not cleaned or shined at all either. Pollen still all over the car and it is clear I didn't even get the wax I paid for. What a rip off. Very disappointing waste of money. Machine came to the front of my vehicle, stopped and the arrow motioned me out. Confused I moved slowly forward but it continued with the forward arrow. Drove around to same bay and while waiting for another customer to finish called the number and left a message of what happened. I paid again and wash went without a hitch. But I am still out of the $9.72 and no call to date. Web site has no CONTACT US tab, so this is my other resort as the phone now appears to be not working. Mike Woodbridge, VA 703 509-0481

Couldn't even step out of my car without my shoe almost getting submerged. The soap brush was extremely messy, and there was soap all over the wall. Not to mention the hose that sprays water is very stiff to swing around your car. (The metal bar that's attached to the ceiling.) The change dispenser only gives you Dollar Quarters. It's $2 for 2 minutes, and the next step up is $5 for 8 minutes. No happy medium for me. I tried 2 minutes and had to do another 2 minutes because I barely made it around my car. Not returning.
