Their service could be better. Much better because I came in wanting to print a funeral program. And the guy asked for my USB which I gave him. And he didn't even ask me to come over to the computer with him. He just looked at me as if I didn't know what to do (which I didn't cause he never said anything to me). The staff could definitely be friendlier. The service there felt cold. Perhaps it was because it's a Saturday morning. But still. You're at work. And if you're at work. You gotta be prepared to give the best type of service you can offer and give when you're at work. I would still recommend this company if you needed something to print. But like everything else. If they don't improve. Time to move on cause there are companies that do take their service seriously.

Well at 2pm I received a call saying the printer is broken. I asked if they have only one printer and she said yeah. Then I asked for a recommendation and she didn't even mention the other locations. This morning I woke up early to go to get a print done after seeing they're open on Saturdays. I thought I'd give them one more shot. I wake up early, walk downtown - not open. Even though it clearly says Open at 9am on Saturdays on all of their online profiles). Completely unprofessional. I then called every other locations - none of them are open... or they aren't picking up their phone.

The Printing House does fantastic work. Our business uses these guys for jobs of all kinds…read moreincluding internal marketing as well as various jobs we commission on behalf of our clients. In every instance, Jess and the rest of the team at TPH are absolutely fantastic. Their prices are fair and they always go the extra mile to make the process easy for us. When you're running a business, vendors like The Printing House are a godsend. I notice another reviewer complaining about pricing: for me, we switched to TPH because our previous supplier was overcharging and not providing good service. With TPH, we're getting better service and pricing. If you want something done right, this is the place to go.

It'd be great if they could even just have one machine set up for self-service. I guess what TPH specializes in are larger, "serious" print jobs, like posters, brochures, books and the like. Still, my impression is that they are quite expensive, and friends who've used TPH for such jobs concur.

Awesome! I was…read moredesperate. I needed two copies of my resume before an interview and my printer at home broke five minutes before I was due to leave the house. Typical. Frustratingly, I was turned away by two other local printing companies who snootily told me they only deal with creative printing/repo, despite having standard colour printers. However, after stumbling in a blind panic through the bright yellow door, Martin at Rocket kindly printed out two colour copies immediately, no trouble at all, and for free! Super kind. I guess they normally deal with high quality photo prints. Being in such a rush, I left my memory stick behind and he later contacted me to let me know he'd put it aside for safe keeping until I could collect it. Thanks Rocket! Really appreciate your help in my hour of need. I'm looking at getting some black and white film developed soon so will definitely be bringing it along.
