I understood the first time he explained the issue, but he kept coming back repeatedly, becoming more aggressive and yelling at me. Rather than continue dealing with his behavior, I took my wet laundry somewhere else to dry because I didn't want to support a business that treats customers this way. To make matters worse, I was already under a great deal of stress because I had just experienced a death in my family and was trying to get home as quickly as possible. Instead of showing even a little understanding or professionalism, the owner chose to be confrontational. This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if at all possible.

There were a lot of machines, but the size of the place is deceptive because about 1/3 of the washers and 1/2 of the dryers are broken. This meant that even on a day when the place wasn't packed, I still had to watch like a hawk for a dryer because there just aren't enough for everyone. Either way, it's decent for what it is.
