She happily answered our questions about the food, and the choices we were going to make. We shared a house salad which was plentiful and had a nice accompaniment of dried cranberries and almonds. Both items are things that are often scrimped upon as they are complimentary items that aren't an inexpensive addition. For our mains I got the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, and the lovely K the turkey dinner. Both were excellent, with the meatloaf wrapped by bacon, likely the local Hertel variety which was incredible. Real mashed potatoes and veggies cooked to my perfect taste along with gravy. Easy 5 out of 5, as was K's turkey, also accompanied by mashed potatoes and veggies. The decor is pure sports bar, but the sound on the tv's was down so you could actually talk without the usual noise. The Canucks were in Nashville so we watched the game and enjoyed a very very nice meal. Sadly we couldn't finish it all, and with a travel day tomorrow we had to send it away, what a shame.
