James was able to make it out within a couple hours of me calling. He fixed the dryer in less than two hours, including the time it took him to go get the part needed to fix it. He also gave it a "tune up". He was incredibly polite and explained what was broken and how to keep it from breaking again (a case of "honey-don't-kick-it" - we had been closing the door too hard and it broke the plastic sensor). Oh, and the whole thing including parts and labor cost $75. Kind of unbeatable. Never want to call a repair man, but next time I do I'll be happy to call James.

Had a technician come out to fix my dryer "squeak," which ended up costing $370 and a new part…read more Now, there is a "thunk" rather than a "squeak." I asked them to come back out to re-check the dryer. They said yes but would charge for service and labor. I said I won't re-pay for service and labor after spending $370 for them to fix the dryer. I said I would pay for another new part if necessary, though. It escalated into an argument and ultimately them refusing to come back out to fix it without me paying for services and labor. So, I'm stuck with a "thunk" and no new appointment for them to come back out to help. For $370, I should have a fixed dryer. No squeaks. No thunks. Period. These people don't do a comprehensive job and certainly aren't interested in making customers happy. They are unprofessional, accusatory, and unhelpful. Go somewhere else.

I LOVE RANDY AND Aaron's Appliance and I rarely leave reviews…read more I have an old dishwasher and called many companies, most never showed up, no phone call, two others said I will check on parts, never heard back. I was referred by another appliance place since apparently people do not want to work on old appliances. He also questioned why I wanted something so old fixed if possible and after hearing my reasoning understood. He looked up the parts the other company said I needed while we were on the phone, told me the ones that were still available, ones that were not. I asked him to order what the other company said and he said no, let me look at it first. He actually showed up! He tested everything and said I cannot recreate the noise you said you heard, (true, did not make any grinding noise, not a peep as I was standing right next to him) nor is it leaking as the other place told you, put the dishwasher back in the kitchen and use it. He could have said you need to replace the $350 motor, pump, etc., but was honest and probably thought I was nuts going without a dishwasher this long but I just did what the other company said, don't use it until....Naturally, never heard back from those two people. Being old, this is the type of company, customer service and honesty I grew up with which is now sadly lacking in almost everything. This is how a company should be run and I will be using them for all my appliances from now on as long as it is RANDY!

The tech arrived…read moreunprepared, didn't know Samsung's adjustment procedures, and claimed "there's no way to adjust the doors"--which is false. Before I even stepped into the store, Liz spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me answering questions and helping me understand my options. When I arrived, the service only got better. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. There were zero pushy sales tactics and absolutely no pressure. Just honest advice and down to earth people who clearly know their products inside and out. They took the time to demonstrate multiple vacuums, explain the differences, and educate me so I could make the right decision. At no time did he get frustrated with my multiple questions or rush me. You can tell they truly care about helping customers rather than just making a sale. I originally went in hoping to repair my existing vacuum, but after seeing the demonstrations and learning more about the options, I decided to go with a new one. Best decision ever. Even though my Dyson was unrepairable, they gave me a trade in credit. I also had just missed a manufacturers promotion and Dave practically matched the promotion for me by throwing in an attachment and extra bags. I went home and vacuumed my entire house and was shocked at how much dirt it pulled out of the carpet. Honestly... it was a little horrifying in the best possible way. My old Dyson never came close to picking up that much embedded dirt. It's a pleasure to support a local, family-owned and operated business that treats customers with real respect and courtesy. I feel a bit naïve for spending $500 on a Dyson that barely comes with any sort of warranty and had 1/3 of the sucking power. My Sebo vacuum came with a 10 year FULL warranty, that covers EVERYTHING, including service and repair. Outstanding service, exceptional product knowledge, and an overall fantastic buying experience. If you're in the market for a vacuum or even just have questions about one you already own, this is absolutely the place to go. Ten stars!
