I had a great experience and five years later there was no question who I would call when my 25-year old garage door was in need of repair. Doug's son, Dan, is now in charge and he is as good as his dad. Very knowledgeable without being pushy and takes the time to answer all my questions. When Dan came to my house, I had asked for a quote for a new garage door because my old one was falling apart. My thought was it didn't make sense to pay for repairs if I'd be paying again in a few months for a new garage door. I was so surprised at how reasonable the cost was for a new quality door with expert installation. I went ahead with the new door and the whole process from ordering to installation was pain free. The whole process took less than a week and I couldn't be happier. The door is great quality (better than my old door), well insulated and included weather stripping. Even after the sale, when I contacted Dan about a minor concern, he came back to my house within a day or two to reinforce a piece of edge trim free of charge. Great sales and service. I highly recommend Menard Garage Doors. You will not be disappointed!

I called them to question the double mark up the labor. was told that it was a fair price, that's how the business works and I saw something I wasn't supposed to see. And the company did nothing to satisfy my complaint. word of advice if you deal with this company, ask for a break down of the quote before hand, and do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes! I went with this company because I had good results with them when they were still Raynor, but seems since they were bought out, customer satisfaction isn't their top priority! I gave the company a chance to make it right before writing this review and never heard back from them.
