I called and it was like I was a new customer. They would get somebody out on Thursday, maybe sooner. I never waited more than a few hours when I had worked with them previously. The tech arrived today at 12:15, as timestamped by my security cameras, and pulled the door in the truck closed at 12:57. Forty-three minutes by my count. I was charged 1.5 hours labor, $256. $200/hour! the last time I had springs replaced by Calder, the same exact job on my other garage door, the entire bill was $181.
