Doug's son, Dan, is now in charge and he is as good as his dad. Very knowledgeable without being pushy and takes the time to answer all my questions. When Dan came to my house, I had asked for a quote for a new garage door because my old one was falling apart. My thought was it didn't make sense to pay for repairs if I'd be paying again in a few months for a new garage door. I was so surprised at how reasonable the cost was for a new quality door with expert installation. I went ahead with the new door and the whole process from ordering to installation was pain free. The whole process took less than a week and I couldn't be happier. The door is great quality (better than my old door), well insulated and included weather stripping. Even after the sale, when I contacted Dan about a minor concern, he came back to my house within a day or two to reinforce a piece of edge trim free of charge. Great sales and service.
