I watched him fix my garage door after the original repairman did more to damage it than to fix it. Michael went through every calibration (level, track alignment, re-tensioning the torsion bars, etc. etc.) and he repaired it quickly, methodically and, most importantly, accurately. I messaged the same person that booked the appointment, and first they said there was a mix up and the appointment wasn't scheduled, and then they stated that the job was cancelled because the scope was not something they supported. No call to follow up on the cancellation, no messages. I had to take time off work to be here for the appointment, and I had to call to find out where the tech was and what happened to the appointment. Scheduling is one of the most basic expectations of a company that provides services like these, and this experience was horrible. Get your act together and stop wasting my time.

I had a great experience and five years later there was no question who I would call when my 25-year old garage door was in need of repair. Doug's son, Dan, is now in charge and he is as good as his dad. Very knowledgeable without being pushy and takes the time to answer all my questions. When Dan came to my house, I had asked for a quote for a new garage door because my old one was falling apart. My thought was it didn't make sense to pay for repairs if I'd be paying again in a few months for a new garage door. I was so surprised at how reasonable the cost was for a new quality door with expert installation. I went ahead with the new door and the whole process from ordering to installation was pain free. The whole process took less than a week and I couldn't be happier. The door is great quality (better than my old door), well insulated and included weather stripping. Even after the sale, when I contacted Dan about a minor concern, he came back to my house within a day or two to reinforce a piece of edge trim free of charge. Great sales and service. My family and I re-did our kitchen, top to bottom. Within a few weeks, we had a beautiful and just outstanding new kitchen. It came out better than we could have ever dreamed of. The workers that came were quiet, neat, and kept the entire work area clean. Unless you went down into the kitchen, you wouldn't know they were there!! The entire team at Senterline is extremely kind and efficient. From the office staff to the project estimator to the foremen, the team at Senterline is wonderful. They make sure you're taken care of. Scheduling is very easy, and the foremen arrive exactly when they say they will be there, and earlier in the window they give. Marc and Justin, in particular, are outstanding and very hard workers.
