The second time, the rugs were dry upon return, but still smelled strongly of urine--now mixed with an overpowering fragrance from the cleaning solution that was so intense it caused headaches in my household. I asked to speak with a manager, and Rob informed me they don't offer refunds, but could clean the rugs again. At this point, the rugs had already been gone for over two months, and I had no confidence a third cleaning would fix the issue. I declined and asked again for a refund due to their failure to meet the original guarantee. Rob said he'd look into making an exception and follow up with me. That was over two weeks ago, and I haven't heard back. The rugs have now been in my home for several weeks, and they still smell like urine covered by heavy fragrance. I have light carpets and shows dirt easily. Most of the carpet looks okay but the high traffic areas did not come out very clean when dried. I went over the areas with my Hoover carpet cleaner and got lots more dirt. I think their zeroez is not so great of a cleaning solution. Also the carpet along the edges that meet the wood floor was filthy. I got on my knees and cleaned it with a brush and wet cleaner. I would never use or recommend them again.
