This review is long overdue. We've been ordering pizza from them for a very long time and yet I forgot to do a review. I had someone living with me for almost a year and the man put nothing in his mouth that wasn't seasoned to perfection. Their delivery guy was also as fast as fast could be. I'm doing this on my phone and I can't see the rest of the screen so please bear with me. My PT office is in the same plaza so twice we ate at the restaurant. I ate a regular lunch and it was phenomenal. It was about five months ago, so forgive me for not remembering what I ate but it was superb. I'm in the process of major dental work. Oh I know what it was. It was a calzone and some very soft appetizer. The portions were huge, and the calzone was delicious.. The waitress was very patient and she brought our food very quickly. The staff there is nice. It's basically a pizza place with tables and a chair. If you're looking for ambience, this is not the place for you. The Margherita is traditionally prepared with thin slices of tomato, basil leaves and drizzled with olive oil. Crust is NY-style, thin and crispy. Perfect to fold in half to eat. Pie was cooked perfectly, crisp on the bottom, chewy on the top. Sauce is just right - a little sweet. Cheese-to-sauce ratio is good too, the right combination. It's a good pizza! I ordered two of the Philly cheese steak specials, which come with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. They come with white American cheese. They were ready in about five minutes. When I got home we dug right in to those delicious cheesesteaks. They were stuffed into Amoroso rolls for the final touch. They really were delicious and cheesy with a good flavor from the meat. For the last almost decade my husband and I have been together, west shore pizza was our favorite spot for chicken parm. It was always perfect with a whole piece of chicken on top which was the reason we continued to visit. His birthday was yesterday so chose his favorite and ordered it Uber eats since we are out of the delivery area. When we got it, we were so disappointed. Excellent local chain for NY style pizza. I've had delivery from this location multiple times. Like a typical millennial, I like to order online. The food always arrives sooner then expected. The slices are enormous. My favorite is the white pizza add tomato. I have also had the wings which were perfectly cooked but too expensive. Make sure to ask for them crispy. Having just moved to area I've been on the hunt for good NY pizza. This is third place I've tried so far and the best yet. Went for lunch and got two ginormous slices and a drink for $6 which is a good price. I couldn't eat it all and have enough for dinner. I ordered a pepperoni slice and a white slice. Both good although I prefer the pepperoni because the white slice was a bit heavy in the ricotta (but still good). The crust was delicious and exactly what I want in a NY style. I was thoroughly impressed with WSP. It comes off as a little hole in the wall pizza place with limited seating but the food is incredible. I tried to calzone, it was stuffed full and cooked perfectly. The full calzone can easily feed 2-4 people. I ate some of my left overs for dinner and it reheated perfectly. We just got in from Tampa and needed to get something to eat in a town that apparently closes at 6p. But then we wouldn't have found this place. It was a bit too late for pizza so we did sandwiches instead. I got a turkey sandwich and a can of pop, which ended up at about $7 per person. It was hearty and the bread wasn't that crazy pizza dough but a proper roll. Delicious and just the right size for a light-ish supper. The one thing I will remember is the owner. The delivery is around 20-30 minutes despite the 45 window the usually give you but I have never had a poor customer service experience.
