Never had a bad experience here! Best New York style pizza in the area and I loooove their cheesy garlic bread!

We had a bad experience a while back about them not accepting a coupon from Entertainment book, saying it was misprinted. Didn't bother to honor it or nothing. Today, we decided to give it another chance. Order two pizzas (a meat lovers and a spinach). They give us a cheese instead of meat lovers. We call them to fix it, but they are not helpful at all. Asked for a refund, but they wanted the pizza back. They actually wanted for me to drive back with the pizza in order to get a refund. Who does that? So we ended up driving all the way back to give them back the cheese pizza (it was a bumpy ride hope they don't resell it). Never again will buy from westshore pizza. Here's what you should have done. "Oh I'm sorry. If you want I can send a meat lovers right away, or I can issue a refund?" Simple. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. UPDATE: After receiving a call from the owner, he issued a refund and apologized. We are satisfied with the outcome and we will attempt to try them again. read more

The best cheese steaks hands down. The pizza is good and the calzones are good, but you'd be hard pressed to find a cheese steak as good in the area. read more

I had my first pizza in 6 yrs the other day. I had a Gluten Free white margherita and loved it. My friend and I ate it there and I loved it so much I ordered another to take home. Since I found out I have Celiac disease I had to give up wheat pizzas. The service was so good and I had such a good time eating pizza again like a normal person. Thanks for the service. I'm from a suburb of NYC and literally lived across the street from a fantastic little pizzeria. Imagine my disappointment moving to Florida and trying to find a decent pie. (Down here they laughed when I called it a "pie", apparently that's not done down south.) Not to mention I married a guy who considered Pizza Hut to be "real pizza" and had them cut it into squares. Squares? Really? I felt doomed. Then, after moving three times, I moved to this area and found Westshore. They have the closest to my old hometown NY pie, that I have found and I'm so happy! YAY! Worst service ever. We went in and sat ourselves- no biggie. It took the waitress over 10 minutes to even look at us. She was too busy chatting it up behind the bar with her work buddy. When our orders finally came out- everyone got there's except for me. By the time I got mine- everyone was nearly done with their lunch. I ordered lasagna and it came out frozen in the middle. They didn't say sorry or let me get a manager or here's some dessert on the house. Nothing. You could tell she didn't care by the smirk on her face. Ill never go there again. read more

Love Westshore Pizza. Good food, delivered faster than the given time, every time. I wish I wasn't moving out of their delivery area. I do have a funny story to tell. I just ordered Chicken Parmesan. I wanted Veal but they do not have it and the funniest part is the girl on the phone stated that she doesn't know what Veal Parmesan is. (She had a tone in her voice that told me she thought I was nuts). THEN (while trying not to laugh audibly about the veal so she wouldn't hear) She asked the expiration date of my credit card. I said August 21. She said "OK, so seven of twenty one". OH DEAR. I am still smiling and I know my meal will be here before I am done sharing this! read more

The food here is very good for a take out place. I do like their pizzas and their calzones which are huge. their delivery time is pretty good as well. Don't think I've ever waited more than 45 minutes for my food to be delivered. read more

This is a weekly treat! Only location that I drive out of my way to get pizza. The chicken parm & white cheese surpass ANY other. Horrible customer service. It's a joke to them. They messed up our order and the manager wouldn't even get on the phone with me to talk about the issue because " he had a large order to deal with." They didn't give us any options to resolve the problem. The girl taking the orders was trying to handle the issue with no direction from the manager(who was supposedly a man) and I could hear a woman in the back ground yelling at her and giving her attitude while telling her what to tell me over the phone. Very unprofessional. So after nothing being resolved over the phone. I asked if they could just remake the order how it was supposed to be and we will bring back the food that was wrong. They agreed but when my family went to pick it up. They were greeted with attitudes and caused my family to get more upset. To the point that my father asked for the manager again. The manager who was in the back brushed them off and once again said he had "A bigger order to deal with." We spent $50 in total on our order but that shouldn't matter if another customer is spending more, every customer should be treated the same. Its Sadly we have been ordering from this location for about two years and have spent a great deal of money here. This is the third time they have gotten the orders wrong and instead of resolving customer service issues they come off as a bit hostile. Our family in the past has tried to over look the bad service and just have the food delivered. We did enjoy the food but will not be ordering from them anymore. How they handled this very simple issue was unprofessional and uncalled for. If I could give them no stars I would. read more

I love pizza places by the slice! This company does two slices and a drink for $6.00 which is a great deal I think. I went to this location for the first time and had great service. We ordered a pizza that came so wet the box actually soaked through. It was one of the only times in my life I threw away a pizza. The owner did make it right when I complained, and gave us a credit for our next order. The first experience was so awful we really delayed, but when we did, I skipped the pizza and ordered a salad, no tomatoes or cucumbers. It arrived full of both. I'll give a second chance but not a third. And when so many pizza joints offer free delivery (like the superb West Bay Pizza), charging $2.50 for delivery only means the drivers get shorted because people feel like they've already paid. read more

Excellent service and fantastic food! Delivery is on time if not early! Ingredients used are fresh, great quality and you can tell the food is made with care! Westshore is our go to place to order from home near the 4th St location and this is the store I use when at the office! I enjoying contributing to a business that is Family owned! Recently got take out from here with a group. Our order consisted of 3 buffalo chicken wraps (myself included), pizza, French fries, fried mushrooms, garlic knots, and 2 deluxe Philly cheesesteaks (one chicken, one steak). The cheesesteaks took the win for best food. Pizza was also good. The wraps were ok, but probably wouldn't order again, personally. Garlic knots were pretty standard, good flavor plus marinara sauce. Pizza is very good, delivery drivers are kind and respectful, the only qualm I have is the $2.50 delivery charge. Hard to find a restaurant in Florida that doesn't charge a delivery fee. Other than that, I enjoy their food. read more

I travel frequently for business and typically order dinner to be delivered to my hotel so I can eat while working on my laptop. More often than not, you are limited to Italian or Chinese food - most times the quality of the food is mediocre, and barely warm. Not so with Westshore Pizza. The desk clerk at the hotel said Westshore Pizza was "awesome" - which sounded hokey, but I tried them. The clerk was spot on. I had such a great experience my first night, I ordered from them a second night in a row. My first order was a baked meatball sandwich - a large sandwich with very tasty meatballs and extraordinary marinara sauce. The food arrived earlier than I was told, and the sandwich, along with the accompanying french fries, were hot. Just the way I like! My second night order was a chicken parm dinner (including plenty of that wonderful marinara sauce, and ziti) with garlic knots. The dinner arrived piping hot and was delicious and the garlic knots were the best I ever had! One minor shortcoming - they did not supply napkins for either order, or a knife and fork for my dinner. My husband and I had to evacuate during a tropical storm. Tired and hungry we asked the front desk who had good food and delivery. They gave us a West shore menu. We ordered a cobb dinner salad and sandwiches, cannoli for something sweet. I am a retired chef and this place blew me away. Fantastic, I will be back. read more
