The dentist casually strolled in from lunch(my son was on the table when he left) and did not wash his hands prior to putting on gloves and going straight into my son's mouth. They do not use a thyroid shield during the panoramic X-rays. When asked about it I was told they do for the other X-rays, but were not required to for those. I did not observe the "regular". XRays , so I cannot confirm if this happens or not.

About two weeks later I had a Torus Mandibular erupt through the gum, rough boney protrusion, during the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and the dentist was able to see me later that day. The problem was taken care at that time. The reception staff has been very nice and polite. They only see your child every 6 weeks not 4 weeks and if you are 10 minutes late they cancel you and you can not get another appointment for another 6 weeks. The doctor has cancel our appointment 2x now and he can't get seen for 3 months. They say they will call you if they have a cancelation but they never do, but they make sure they take your payment ever 4 weeks. They have no room for any emergency because the doctor does not work here full time only once a week my son had a wire cutting him in the back of his month because of his teeth moving and he had to wait 3 weeks for them to cut the wire i asked if we could come pick up some wax or something from them they said they don't offer it.
