I toured several kindercare locations nearby & this location stood out so much. The moment you enter, it smells fresh & clean, calm music was playing, there's a coffee station for parents, every staff member was smiling and greeted me with a "good morning" & the director was so kind and welcoming, showed us around the entire facility. I noticed there were hand sanitizers placed around the facility as well. I haven't felt comfortable bringing my son to a daycare until now. It appears clean, the staff and kids seem really happy and their ratio is appropriate which seems safe as well. I'm looking forward to enrolling my son here. read more

We lucked out on a home based daycare with our first child. So when we found out that she was closing her business. When we found out we were pregnant with our second, we wanted the same type of care our first daycare provided. We looked at home based daycare but we could not find any that met our standards. We begrudgingly looked at daycare centers thinking they can never really do the job as well as our first daycare. Here are the criteria we were looking for: - have happy, clean babies and children in their care - have happy teachers - clean and bright facility with separate sleeping/play area - caring but firm teachers/caregivers - provide great communication with parents With those criteria in mind, we visited several centers. Some locations met a few of them, but not all until we visited Westpark Kindercare. On our tour, we met Valerie, the Director and Juliann (Assistant Director). We visited the infant rooms. There's Infant room A and B which is connected by a door with a baby gate. Both rooms were bright and clean. The babies were also clean and they looked happy playing. Now, our daughter is 1 year old and is transitioning to the toddler room. The teachers have done a wonderful job helping her become the "big girl". They really do care about our kids like their own. And I really appreciate that. read more

By the way, KinderCare did not refund the tuition and sent the money collection Agency to collect, IC collection. So far my credit record still has IC collection claim. Ok, I just gotta update my review. After several weeks here, I must say this is the BEST Kindercare out of the three I've experienced. After 2 kids, I've been to many daycares. The reason I'm changing my stars to 5 is because the teachers here are fantastic. The new assistant directors are really amazing too. They really love children. My baby loves seeing the assistant director, Taylor. She gives the teachers breaks and hangs out with the infants. I've seen her feed the infants, change the infants, play with the infants. That's a LOT for an assistant director AND the babies LOVE IT! I've seen some pretty cranky assistant directors in the past and it's always rare to find a happy one that really enjoys babies. Both of the new assistant directors are really nice and friendly to the parents and visitors. I haven't seen David in action in the infant room yet but I would love to be a fly on that wall just to see the infants' reaction. I think things are settling down with the new management here and it seems everything is on the up and up. The new director always greets parents when they walk by her office. Or she is busy showing potential parents the facility. Seems there is a LOT of interest in this location nowadays. The teachers really get along well with each other, which is very important. They look at for each other and cover a fellow teacher if they need help. I'm also very impressed at the activities they do for the infants. My 7 month old has had several pictures taken of her playing with toys and friends. They were able to easily get 3 happy pictures of her smiling and laughing. I have yet to get such pictures on my own camera. My baby is so SERIOUS whenever I put a camera to her face. Today, her teacher showed me a picture of my baby finger-painting! Seriously, finger painting at 7 months old. I would NOT have believed my baby was finger painting except they took a picture of her fingers dipped in paint, with her project in front of her, grinning at the camera. I am SOLD! Whatever they're doing, my baby loves it. I also LOVE the boppy pillow they use. All the babies love it too. PARENTS BEWARE: My 6 month old son was visibly injured on 3 occasions. The third occasion was the most severe, he had rugburn on the outside of his nose (underneath and on the sides) and scrapes on the inside of his nostrils. They had to ice his face. The 2 teachers (Miss Rosie and Miss Libney) claimed he was pushing himself up (6 inches off the rug lol) and fell forward into the carpet. Now lets be reasonable, how do you get rug burn all over your nose from falling forward? He looked like he was dragged backwards. I withdrew him that day took him to his pediatrician the following day, who instructed me to NEVER bring him back, obviously the teachers were not watching him. The pediatrician (mandated reporter) was forced to report this incident of neglect to the authorities which resulted in Irvine PD coming out to the daycare to investigate. They went out that day to speak with the teachers. THE BEST PART: That same night the police went to the daycare, emergency CPS showed up at my house at 930pm with a report from "someone at the daycare" with claims that they found drugs in my child's bottles from THAT DAY. Unfortunately their claims were found unsubstantiated because my son was pulled out days before that and was not at the daycare that day LOL. But just beware, the teachers there have been working together for years, and back up each other's claims. There are no cameras inside the facility so basically its your word against theirs. And if your doctor reports them for abuse/neglect, they will make up false claims to CPS to try to get your child taken away. So use this daycare at your own risk!!! UPDATE: Krystal, I think it's quite funny that it took this review to get your attention. I have reached out multiple times and already contacted corporate, filled out the company survey, and spoke with someone in the management office. Not one person has returned my phone calls or messages regarding the disgusting behavior of your 2 employees. Those 2 teachers retaliation towards my pediatrician's mandated state reporting against them is absolutely terrible. I mean, the message here is if your child gets injured on-site, the teachers will call CPS on you if they get reported. Good luck with that business model. I have no wish to speak to anyone in your organization, my child is no longer at risk. I am merely posting this as a public service announcement to other parents who are considering enrolling their children in this toxic environment. read more

I can't say enough praises about Westpark KinderCare. We adore all of the staff and have completely enjoyed the care given by Ms. Mojgan, Ms. Sheeba, and Ms. Caryn. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Ms. Valerie and Ms. Juliann are great to work with. Everything is always so clean, toys are always refreshed, and they are so great at sharing pictures, including parents in experiences, and offering advice when needed. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our baby. It is an extension of our home! When we visited Kindercare, it was about 3 months before our due date. We had heard that the waiting list was about 1-1.5 years long. Luckily, we got our call about 7 months later. If you're reading this, you're most likely a parent who's looking into daycare. I'll have to warn you that daycare may seem a bit cold and unappealing at first, but the Westpark Kindercare has far exceeded all of my initial apprehensions and doubts. Gwen, the center director, really knows how to run the center like a well oiled machine. You can feel better knowing that your child will be safe and well looked after. It kind of goes without saying, home care maybe more attentive. But even after 4.5 months old, I think our child really benefited from the social interaction at school.. The only negative comment that I may have is with the lack of internet camera. I've never asked, but it would have been great to check in and see how things were going. If there is another chance, I would definitely send my next kid here. read more

We were sad to leave Westpark Kindercare due to relocation. My son went there between 13 months and 3.5 years. Here are the reasons this daycare was a great place for our family: * They have a kitchen and staff that prepares fresh lunches every day. The menu is diverse and healthy. No need to pack cold lunches for my toddler. The menu is posted at the front office and I believe it is also on the website. * They have the philosophy that first and foremost they need to create civilized humans before teaching academics - my son was fully potty trained at 2.5 years; they emphasize and insist that the kids: wash hands before eating and after coming inside; say "Thank you" and "You are welcome"; eat with mouth closed, etc. Of course we emphasize all that at home but it is important that the daycare shares the same values! * Curriculum is amazing: every week is devoted to a topic that is discussed at circle time. Topics include: talking about weather; robots, dinosaurs, etc. By the end of the week my son was able to tell stories on the topic. I truly believe his vocabulary growth was greatly facilitated by this topic-based curriculum. The topics calendar is posted at the front. Alphabet, numbers up to 20 and phonetics are also part of the curriculum for the 3 yrs old. At his new daycare my son is ahead of his class in terms of alphabet. * Every day the kids do creative play such as art projects, potting plants, water activities; the teachers take pictures of the activities so it is quite obvious how the kids spend their time. One day they even built a mock airport & airplane, complete with TSA pre-check line! * The school has excellent facilities for its size: large rooms with many interesting toys inside and large play areas with bikes and other toys outside. Outside area is large enough to accommodate all kids without them feeling too cramped. This was important after I noticed that other places have smaller yards that become too crowded when all kids play outside. * The school goes far and beyond to provide interesting and FREE experiences for the kids such as pony rides, exotic animals, lego adventures (ask for Summer 2018 activity calendar). Several times a year the school organizes after school parties with DJ's, dancing and entertainment which proved to be a great way to make friends with the other parents and build a community. * Last but not least, the location in great - one of the best quiet neighborhoods in Irvine away from busy streets and freeways. read more

From day 1 Westpark Kindercare has been nothing but amazing!! My daughter has been attending here for almost a year now (she will be 2 next month) and I also just enrolled my 3 month old son. As a new mother I was hesitant on leaving my daughter with complete strangers but the staff always made me feel warm and welcome and after getting to know them I wouldnt want to leave my children in the hands of any other daycare. Ms. Miriam runs an amazing class full of different teaching techniques and learning activities. My daughter has learned so much in her class and really loves going to daycare. At drop off it makes me feel great to see my daughter run up and give the staff hugs and wave good bye to me because the staff treat her as one of their own. Ms. Caryn, Ms. Sheeba, and Ms. Julianne do an amazing job as well with my 3 month old. They are great at communicating with me and letting me know how my little one did all day without me even having to ask. Ms. Jaime and Ms.Valerie are great directors they always make sure that the children are well taken care of and that the needs of the parents are met and are always there to answer any questions that I might have and they address all of my concerns as well. The cleanliness of this daycare is great as well! I love love love that they sanitize all toys on a daily basis! They have NEVER been about the money!! And they treat you like family! My daughter went here for 3 weeks and she went from looking forward to school to crying hysterically at the mere word. When I toured the school it seemed great. It was large and roomy, seemed clean, had a three different decent sized play areas for the different ages and best of all they served breakfast and lunch as well as snacks to the kids. Seemed like I had nothing to worry about. But then I started to have doubts when I returned to put down my deposit. The director showed me my daughter's class but only after I asked. And while we were walking around we found a little boy playing on the playground completely unattended while everyone else was inside. The director took him back to the teacher and mentioned they would have to follow up pn why he was by himself. But she seemed pretty casual about it. Once my daughter started things just got worse. She was really excited to go to school but after the first day she didn't like it anymore. She cried whenever we mentioned school. When we drop her off in the morning she begged to go home. It broke my heart. I understand there is a acclimation period but she was dreading it more by the day, not getting better. The class seemed disorganized when we went to pick her up. There are kids that the teacher tells us they cry all day. That stresses my daughter out. Why weren't the kids taken care of instead of being left to cry endlessly??? Then there are kids that are sick that still come to school. At least half of her class had full on runny, snotty noses. She ended up getting sick and it took 3 weeks for her to get over it. In the past when she'd get sick, she'd be better in a week. There doesn't seem to be any teaching going on. I asked the director several times for a class schedule and she kept telling me it wasn't developed yet. I wasn't asking for a syllabus. I was just asking for a schedule of their day. I'm not sure what credentials the teachers have. When I asked the assistant director was very vague and kept talking about the school working on getting accreditation. All in all I'm very sorry I sent my daughter here. Fortunately we have now found her a different school. She's been there for a month and she absolutely LOVES it! At first she didn't want to go because of her experience here but after the first day she was asking to go back. Makes me so much happier as a mother to she her enjoying her school experience now. read more

This is our second stint with this daycare, and my impression has been mostly neutral to negative. Employee turnover here is very high - my son's class seemingly is a revolving door of different teachers. I totally understand that this is somewhat a given assuming that teacher wages are low, and there is not a lot of opportunity for upward mobility, but we had the same teachers for more than a few months during our first go-round with this place. I'm not sure how teachers are assigned to rooms, but every time I pick my kid up, I ask how he was that day. This question is oftentimes met with a "I don't know, I just started watching this class an hour ago." I've stopped asking. There's an overall lack of continuity as teachers rotate through classrooms; teachers need to do a better job of communicating as they rotate from one classroom to the next. Not knowing where my kid is or how he was that day is unacceptable. Is anybody really watching my kid?? The staff is fairly friendly and warm though. I absolutely adore the staff at Kindercare Westpark, especially Ms. Valerie (director), Ms. Juliann, Ms. Mojgan, and Ms. Sheeba. My son started attending KC since he was about 8 weeks old. I am a first time mom and you could imagine how stressful it was to leave my baby for the first time with a group of total strangers. These ladies, and the rest of the staff of course, made me feel so incredibly comfortable to be starting this new chapter of our lives. Over our time together, KC staff has become like family to me, my husband, and my son. The teachers treat my son like he is their own. Not only are these wonderful people awesome in general, but they genuinely care about each individual child and have in-depth training in child development so that they may foster a nuturing and educational environment. Sadly, we recently moved out of the area and could no longer make the commute (about 45 minutes out of the way from our jobs). We even started at a different day care that was closer to our new home that unfortunately did not work out... Ms. Valerie was gracious enough to accept my son back until we could find other day care placement where we live. We love KC Westpark so much and we HIGHLY recommend sending your child here for your daycare needs. read more

My daughter is graduating Kindergarten from Kindercare and we are so sad to leave. From the moment I walked in with my daughter when she was 4 months old, I felt safe to have her there. The teachers are great and the center director Valerie is ALWAYS available if you need her. The kindergarten teacher Mrs Tatiana is top notch and truly cares about the kids and their education. The kitchen staff is great and they always have healthy meals for my children. They offer extra classes for your children like "Science" and "cooking" and bring is great companies for Soccer and tennis lessons. I have never had any major issues with the school or the teachers, and that's why we have stayed there for over 5 years. My son started at Westpark when he was 4 months old and he is now two years old, and he loves it there as well. They have both thrived in the learning environment and have received a great education. We are only leaving because we moved to Orange and it just makes sense to move him to a school closer to his sister. It will be a sad day when we say goodbye to everyone BC its been a second home to our children and we will always have a special place in our hearts for Westpark Kindercare. read more

My daughter has been attending this facility since she was 7 months old. And "yes" like any parent you are still a little apprehensive about sending your infant to a daycare setting. Keep in mind, this is my third child and it never get easy..... I was fortunate with the first two because I had a very close family friend watching them. So I thought I was over this stage in my life BUT as life has it this is my second marriage and here came my third.... So as I mentioned before, this part is one of the most difficult part of having children... WHO WILL WATCH YOU CHILD. My husband and I interviewed and visited @ least 7 daycare facility around Irvine/Newport area. Some we clearly walked out of because it was so heart wrenching to see some of this babies and in some cases it seemed like they were over the limit on the amount of children they were allotted. In any event, luck or the graces of GOD brought us upon this school.... Paseo Westpark Kindercare. I had seen this school a few times when my older kids were younger and thinking to myself... what a great location for a daycare center (tucked away in residential area). We were very fortunate there was an opening in the infant room. Since the first day forward... we have never looked back!!!! It has been a great adventure. The school changed Director's 1 1/2 ago (roughly) and like most parents there... were a little nervous about perhaps some of the changes that may occur. And "YES" there were changes BUT for the positive!!! My daughter is in the toddler room now and she has thrived so much academically and socially. All the teachers address the children in the morning when they come in and evening when they leave home. The rooms are bright, lots of toys, books, art on the walls from the children and etc.. They have a great summer programs and ton of event, my daughter was able to participate in some because she is still on the younger side but I look forward to more participation as she get older What I appreciate most.... is the teachers at the end of the day will clean their rooms and when I mean clean.... Lysol is in the air from disinfecting the rooms! One fear of a daycare is the constant passing of germs and your child comes home sick but my daughter has not. If she does, it is a 24 hr bug and nothing that lingers. BONUS.... we just had a scheduled Parent/teacher conference for my toddler!!! If there ever has been an issue with an injury or a question, the school will make an effort to contact you. So you are fully informed about anything that has happened. I am so impressed with this school and I have no regrets. Long gone are the days of those depressing childcare centers. All the teachers are great and really do have a relationship with the children. We have been here for almost half year and I saw my son had a big improve on language and communication with others. And I very appropriate his teachers like Miss Viri and Mr Paul , they are really really good, they are very kind heart and full of love to children, and passion to the work and kids all the times ! My son has attended this Kindercare for almost a year now and he LOVES it. The administration and the teachers adore him to pieces and treat him like their own. He's happy when I drop him off and equally as giggly when I pick him up. This location is run by Valarie, who runs a tight ship. (She's tough, friendly, loves working with kids - and it shows!) I love the cleanliness of the place, and I like that the teachers aren't allowed to have their cell phones while working. They are dedicated to the wellness and happiness of the kids and it shows. Many of the teachers have become close friends and they are wonderful, young adults! The classrooms are age appropriate and the lesson plans are spot on. My little guy was way behind in speech when I enrolled him last September and now talks up a storm, can write his name and is learning so much more than I thought possible. I am thrilled I chose this location for my son and would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a loving, nurturing environment. read more

I hope I could give zero star for this. If I could, I would! Since my niece was there in March, she started to have fever almost every week. She also came home every day saying that she was hungry. I believe that teacher has limited time for every child, but the front desk seems to only CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. They emphasized and repeated again and again that you still need to pay half of the tuition, WITHOUT giving me explanations about why my niece was sick and starving. When I said I want to take one week off for her, the teacher said that we didn't need to pay since she's sick and would come back after one week. However, Lady 1 in the front desk told me that I need to pay half of the tuition; and Lady 2 in the office told me that I need to pay all......They did not even reach an agreement. I asked for a copy of the contract, it read: "give a two-week notice for vacation". What a vacation! She's sick and needed to see doctors, not vacation, and they seemed not understand. The WORST PART was that the manager of the office said that YOU HAVE TO PREDICT WHEN YOU CHILD WILL BE ILL IN ORDER TO GIVE THE TWO WEEKS NOTICE so that I did not need to pay. I don't know if she has some children in her home. If she does have, I really don't think this place is taking the responsibility. So today, I had to take my niece's name out of their so-called already "full" student list, while I still need to pay two weeks' tuition and take her to the hospital next week to see what's going on. And this is the two weeks' notice, funny Before this "learning center", my niece also went to another one on the Jeffery Road, she didn't cry for once when she went to school. For here, she cried every day and I didn't want to talk anything about that. SINCE THIS SCHOOL CARES MONEY MORE THAN DEVELOPMENT. I still have $610 in my account as prepay, and the kind lady in the front desk refuses to give me a refund of the rest. She said that she would, however, not to my debit card summary. KinderCare Westpark has seriously been God sent. I'm a young single mother of two. My kids have only been to KinderCare facilities their whole lives, but this one by far is the "BEST" hands down!!!! Ms. Valerie the director is as sweet as pie. Valerie really gives the facility a home like feeling to it. Valerie is always greeting people with a joyous smile and amazing energy. Jamie the Assistant Director is "AMAZING". Jamie is super organized, very creative (she decorates the facility for every season /occasion & it is always mind blowingly amazing.) Go to Jamie with all of your questions, she is seriously a rolodex of information & if she doesn't know the answer she'll research like no tomorrow and contact you ASAP to give you the information. Mrs. Taytiana is an amazing educator to the kindergarten class. Mrs. Taytiana worked miracles with my son the whole time he was at this facility. My son has a speech delay, which caused major temper tantrums. Mrs. Taytiana was very firm and direct with him which is exactly what he needed. She worked so well with my son that when he entered into 1st grade it was a breeze for him. He was the most popular boy at his school, obtained 5 awards (3 for academics & 2 for behavior) in 1 school year, reading a grade above school level and was dis-enrolled from the speech program at the end of his first grade year. He did so well that my daughter could not wait to get to the Kindergarten class. Mrs. Molly (mollz), Mrs. Tania, Ms. Lisa & Mrs. Taytiana all had my daughter in their classes while she went to school there. Mrs. Molly and Mrs. Tania are such an amazing tag team duo. They work amazing well with each other. They both treated my daughter as if she was their own, she has even played with their kids that both attend KinderCare. My daughter is a big diva, super sassy, very out spoken, & intelligent little girl. They have always allowed her to be herself, but now she enjoys learning more than ever. KinderCare Westpark has an amazing staff. They have been my extended family and have always been in my corner when I needed them the most. This facility is truly a big family. Thank you, KinderCare Westpark for all that you have done for my children and I. This facility has amazing kid friendly food, education program, cleanliness, events, & a lot of extra activities. I have not been impressed with this center or the new director, Carey. Just as Mandy F. mentioned, my child was injured in the morning at school and I was not notified until my husband picked her at 5pm. There is inconsistent communication from the director and even after they were cited for having too many kids in the room, they continue to do it. Some of the teachers are great but there are a few who need to work on their customer service skills and approachability. I have watched teachers ignore my daughter, other children, and even ME while I was there. I pay $1,200 per month for mediocre service at best. The center would be better served finding a new director and administrative staff to clean house. read more

When choosing a daycare for my 4 month old daughter, my husband and I toured 5 different facilities and I immediately liked Westpark KinderCare the best. It was a little pricey compared to the other day cares, but it has been totally worth it. My daughter is now 18 months old and she LOVES going to "school" every day. She has learned so much, so quickly and has enjoyed every moment. She has had the best teachers (Ms Caryn, Ms Sheeba, Ms Juliann, Ms Conni, Ms Sarah, and especially Ms Marim) and Ms Valerie (the Director) and Ms Jamie (the Assistant Director) are fabulous. Worst decision for our kid to enroll in Toddler B class in Fall 2017. Our kid was going to another Child Care Center in Irvine and she was doing fine in the toddler class. We moved her to WestPark kindercare since it was close to our home. This turned to be the very bad decision. There are 2 toddler classes and there is enormous difference between the 2 classes. The teachers in the class our kid (Toddler B) was attending had no good experience. It appeared that they knew how to take care of the kid and go past the day. same play and same singing all days. Our kid used to enjoy in the other center and we used to receive pictures on an APP and knew it was god for her. Kindercare curriculum is not good or we dint see that happening in this class. She is used to be always shabby and dirty while we used pick her up. We complained 3 times and hardly saw any difference. we checked for the other class where the teacher was teaching and taking care of kids well and kid were happy too, however they said there is no openings in Toddler A class.we couldn't see this anymore and finally pulled her out. Our expectation was high compared to the other center since this is a very well known chain of child care center. Think twice before enrolling in Toddler B class. read more

My son has been attending Westpark Kindergarten for TK/Kindergarten this year. It has far exceeded my expectations. The teachers and staff are amazing. They are cheerful, friendly, and make the day academically challenging yet fun for my son. The school is very clean and they provide enrichment activities (at extra cost) which my son loves. The main teacher for his class, Miss Tatiana, is strict yet she truly cares about each child. She provides feedback to me almost daily on how my child is doing. The school is also liberal in allowing therapists in for kids on the spectrum (which my child is). This provided me great relief that my child can get the care he needs in a typical classroom. I wish I had placed my son here when he was entering preschool! The only suggestion I have is for a more modern outdoor play area for kids that are older. read more

My son has been going to this school for four years now and we have truly enjoyed our time here. I have really enjoyed the atmosphere, the teachers, and all the extra curricular activities he has been in. The staff is very professional and caring and they make the school bright and cheerful. I would definitely recommend this daycare facility to anyone in need of daycare. Our daughter has gone there for over a year and we love it. We tried two other daycare centers in the area before this one and we do not intend to leave it until she goes to school. The teachers in her classroom really seem to care for her well-being and you can tell that it is not just a job for them. read more

Forgot one more cool thing about this place: my kids love silly Mr David. Often times I hear my son talking about Mr David cleaned up wood chips outside today, Mr David made silly faces, Mr David did... It's so nice to have Mr David there, a male teacher at the daycare center. read more

My son went here in late summer 2011, at that point in time, the director and all teachers were mainstays - minimum 5 years tenure. As leaving your child in the care of "strangers" is such a disconcerting process, we could feel the genuine sincerity, care, and overall positive demeanor of both the staff, children, and families. Unfortunately, after about 10 months in, the director changed, slowly buy surely staff turned over, and the "feel" left. Now I am writing this review a few years later, and hopefully the center is back on consistent, stable ground, but the biggest keys to look for are tenure of both the director and staff, and the behavior of the children and families. read more

My child attended Westpark Kindercare for about four weeks. First my son was placed in the wrong class. He was turning four in 8 weeks, but was placed in a classroom with 2 year olds and kids who just turned 3 years old. When I questioned the placement, the Assistant Director said he is right where he should be. I then went to the director and she moved him and appolized for the mistake. The second incident happened when I picked him up one day. He was being hit bythree different boys at one time. The teacher was 10 feet away and not paying attention. The final thing to make us pull him out was when he was bit by another student for no apparent reason at all. The incident happened at 10am and I was not notified until 12 noon when I picked him up. We then received 3 different stories on how it happened. We ended up sending him to a new preschool which he enjoys and loves. read more

I very much recommend this facility. Our children have been in Kindercare since they were infants (son is now 5; daughter is now 3). Their support of our demanding work schedules and developmental schedule has been very helpful for our kids and for us. I do not have a lot of relative perspective to say it is as good as it gets, but I can say our experience at this Kindercare have been overwhelmingly positive. read more

They really are irresponsible with their children and their facility.Their housekeepers loud music very late at night 11pm or so. They leave on their sprinklers all night till morning(California is in a state of drought!). Their customer service really needs work. As someone who actually lives nearby the sound levels of the screaming and crying is nearly unbearable. To the parents who throw their children in here, imagine the stress this creates for the people who live around this area because KinderCare doesn't care about their neighbors. I can't even sleep if I'm working a night shift. Its simply like torture over here. read more
