When we asked the driver why the delay was told he had traveled from south shields so there was never a driver waiting for us ! So the next day I phoned the office to speak to the manager and was told he was not in, then again, and again, So I will never use this company again and have informed family and friends of the false information I was given that they would be waiting for us at arrivals so please use beware of this problem with this company

Since then though every time I have used the app I have had to put up with drivers whinging and moaning at me...or verbal diarrhoea as I like to call it! If they have a problem with it they need to speak to head office and not complain to their paying customers!
