Their prices are also very reasonable and i have always arrived promtly to my destination. I would not hesitate in using them again.

I recently used another company as Aura where busy and had nothing available for the time I needed, but I will not make that mistake again as I had a bad experience with the other company I used. The telephone staff have a good manner and are always very helpful. The drivers are always very pleasant and helpful also. You can also track where your taxi is using there app, so that old "Your car is just around the corner" is a thing of the past (not that I have ever had a taxi turn up late with this company). I would definitely recommend Aura Taxis to anyone in the Washington area. A very professional service and 5 stars does not do them justice. 10/10 for me :)

The drivers were not unfriendly or anything but just didn't feel as comfortable with them as other taxi firms, something creepy about them I think. Also when you call to book the people who answered the phone were snappy and rude and could not wait to get you off the phone. It makes the whole company look unprofessional.
