Part of it is the breakfast crowd here. This is not surprising, given the larger than usual number of booths at which to eat, and the large number of hot food stands, plus the usual items you can get from the counter, such as hot beverages. These were still well stocked even though there had been a large breakfast crowd. I was a bit surprised, though, that the ice cream cooler wasn't bigger. Gas here is reasonably priced for the immediate area, but that's no doubt because they're competing with a Cumberland Farms right across the street.

For example, I came here seeking a particular flavor of ice cream - they only carry about half the usual variety of flavors, and they were out of the one I wanted. It's still a great place to get coffee and a quick grab-and-go food item, but there won't be as many hot offerings.

I was happy to take advantage of SmartPay and save a bit of coin. Lord knows one spends a bit too much coin when on vacation! The gas station parking lot was very easy to maneuver in and and out of and signage was vast and apparent so pricing wasn't a mystery. Furthermore, the area around the pump was clean and the receipt printed without an issue. I will make this my routine fuel stop when traveling here.
