I don't normally to someone's horn for doing their job but when you go and do your job with a smile on your face and multitask without failing, I think it deserves a shout out.

Please know your concerns have been shared with the District Manager and the issues will be resolved at the shop. If any more information is needed, we will contact you directly. The part that I spent so much time with this, and received that comment on an email, and nobody else would have done this is amazing. So I felt like this and I'm sure I speaking for A LOT of other people that frequent Stewart Shop. Don't be so damn cheap and hire adequate people to stock your stores. Customers don't care about your monthly numbers. We are willing to pay for what we want.
