This place was on my way to/from work, so it works for me too given its weekday only hours. Rui was an excellent person to work with as he knew exactly what the issue is, and he has various ways to stress test to ensure any issues are fixed after. The first time he fixed it the issue came back about 3 weeks later, so he fixed it the second time free of charge. He was very knowledgeable about computers, and for issues that he's not familiar with (such as the second time when the shorting issue popped up), he knows where to find information to fix it. Definitely recommend here if you live in the area and need your computer fixed.

Quick and engaging service makes the Leather Patch a great choice for shoe repair and…read morecleaning/shining. Concerning their shoe repair, I would rate them closer to 4/5 as the glue that they used for my shoes didn't seem to work properly and required additional work (no charge). Their shining/cleaning business was excellent and they were familiar with all types of materials and surfaces. I would trust them with my most expensive items should I visit them more often. Very satisfied with the choice, next was the transfer from my old to new P/C again very satisfied with the quick turnaround and professional service I received from Peter in customer service. He explained everything to me politely and patiently and as a senior, computer upgrades can be a daunting task. Not with Peter...so very grateful he was there for me. Recently thru my own fault -did I say I was a senior LOL? I got scammed on the internet and Peter was there for me with a solution, resolution and AAA 1 customer service . Based on my experience I would highly recommend Memory Express.

After they left, I noticed a bunch of garbage was left behind (stuff that had fallen out of bags + a large box that was outside.) I called and they sent the guys back to get rid of the garbage. They took one or two small things and left the rest. I called again and the owner was extremely rude, laughed at me, told me (verbatim) that "normal people put their garbage in bags instead of throwing it directly outside" And her guys weren't going to "pick things up by hand" (you don't have to?) I mean: A) You run a junk removal service that says you respect people and their items, so obviously that's not true. B) Garbage bags were clearly spilled or torn. It isn't a ton of garbage, but at nearly a thousand dollars I don't expect to have to clean the area up when their website boasts "leaves nothing behind but you and your imagination". Any time I tried to speak, the owner loudly talked over me, refused to let me say a single thing, and then yelled to never call them again. This was way too expensive and dramatic. I just wanted a garbage removal, that's all. The job was incomplete and rather than behave like adults, you chose to behave like an actual child. You chose anger, defensiveness and your own ego instead of just completing the job. Obviously I won't be using your services. Or anyone I know.
