Paid over $700 for junk removal. The two guys complained the…read moreentire time and saying "Eeewwww" over and over again. It's garbage on a hot summer day, Idk what they expected. After they left, I noticed a bunch of garbage was left behind (stuff that had fallen out of bags + a large box that was outside.) I called and they sent the guys back to get rid of the garbage. They took one or two small things and left the rest. I called again and the owner was extremely rude, laughed at me, told me (verbatim) that "normal people put their garbage in bags instead of throwing it directly outside" And her guys weren't going to "pick things up by hand" (you don't have to?) I mean: A) You run a junk removal service that says you respect people and their items, so obviously that's not true. B) Garbage bags were clearly spilled or torn. It isn't a ton of garbage, but at nearly a thousand dollars I don't expect to have to clean the area up when their website boasts "leaves nothing behind but you and your imagination". Any time I tried to speak, the owner loudly talked over me, refused to let me say a single thing, and then yelled to never call them again. This was way too expensive and dramatic. I just wanted a garbage removal, that's all. The job was incomplete and rather than behave like adults, you chose to behave like an actual child. You chose anger, defensiveness and your own ego instead of just completing the job. Obviously I won't be using your services. Or anyone I know.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We booked this company weeks ago to move my in laws to…read moretheir new place for today. My sister in law called last week and on Friday and spoke to Lenny (yesterday) to confirm they will be there. They assured her that yes they will be there. They were suppose to show up at 9:00 am. At 9:30 am my sister in law calls them and asks where they are. She spoke to Kevin there and they said that they would have to postpone them to another day because of the snow and their trucks are stuck. The same guys assured her that they would be there for her the day before when the storm was at it's worst. She said that they can't postpone as this was the day they were moving. The guy hung up on her. They knew their was going to be a snow storm and when she spoke to them, it was already snowing hard. You would think they would have had a plow truck ready to go in am to plow their parking lot, but they said they had to cancel because all their trucks were stuck, real professional. When we spoke to other companies after he cancelled on us, they all said none of their trucks were stuck in the snow because their lots were plowed before their day started. So I called and spoke to Kevin. He said they tried calling her all morning but she never answered her phone, which was a lie and I even saw her call history and the only call this am was her calling them at 9:30 to see where they were. I hate liars.....so I called him out on it and told him what my sister in law said. He said she was lying and they never spoke on Friday, but her call history states they did, I saw it. He said they cancelled her move appointment because she said she cannot have it postponed. When I called Kevin, he said that their trucks are now out, this was at 11:00 am, and when asked why he wouldn't come over then and fulfill the agreement, he said that he assumed that she would have found someone else. I said a simple phone call would have fixed that and then you would know. I also mentioned that he never called her in the am and she was the one who had to initiate the phone call. He then called me a liar and told me that he would never move us no matter what and that they did not need our business because they are busy enough.....hmmm...good to know, and then he hung up on me in mid conversation. So to all of you out there looking at a moving company, avoid this company like the plague. They are a bunch of liars, and won't admit they screwed up, they could care less about the customer, their customer service is horrible and I would never, ever ever recommend them to anyone. Besides, Kevin said they are busy enough and don't need our business.

I had a good experience with this company in the past, so I called them again this summer, while we…read morewere doing a major decluttering overhaul. Though their radio ads invite you to "call us 90 minutes before you need us," this was not the case at all for me. I booked days in advance and after waiting two hours for the crew to arrive on the appointment date, I voluntarily rescheduled for the following day. The next day, once again, I waited a full two hours till the crew finally showed up (in the wrong place) at the very last minute of the prescribed two-hour window. The company sent me a customer satisfaction survey, so I told them about my bad experience and requested a refund of the more than $600 I paid for all of the hassle. A local rep called me, seemingly annoyed that I complained, said refunds "were not company policy," (fair enough) but he promised to talk to the crew "and see what we can do for you, especially since you are a repeat customer." That was in early July 2018. I haven't heard from him since.
