History
Established in 2011.
Locally owned and operated by a young Manitoban. Serge takes this business and it's reputation at heart, and strongly believes in long lasting, strong customer relationships. Him and his dedicated staff go over and beyond in order to ensure that all involved are happy and look forward to working with them again.
He first started the business himself with a small pick-up truck and 3 clients. Over a decade later, Leclerc Courier Inc has become a full-blown operation with multiple cargo vans as well as a full time bike courier completing hundreds of thousand deliveries and counting.
Leclerc courier is always expanding the business, without biting off more than they can chew, acquiring new clients each year and going with the flow. They ensure that all clients, old and new, are serviced fairly and equally. They offer an honest, loyal and humble courier service in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba.

Meet the Business Owner: Serge L.
Hi!
My name is Serge Leclerc, proud Owner and CEO at Leclerc Courier Inc. I am a passionate young entrepreneur who started this business with my wife with a pick-up truck and 3 clients almost a decade ago.
I'm a strong believer in working hard and earning a living by making sacrifies and taking risks. My wife and I started this business with one thing in mind: "Let's just do it, and see where it brings us". We believe that by being honest, loyal and dedicated people, that great things are in-line for us and for those around us. We couldn't be more grateful for our loyal clients and dedicated employees for all of their continued support.
We've been told countless times how truly great our service is, and we will continue to prove to our clients that we will always be honest, loyal and humble.
Sincerely yours,
Serge Leclerc
Owner and CEO
