We just completed a 3 room remodel (kitchen/laundry/bathroom) and are super happy with the results. Permitted with our city. We had 2 walls removed to extend our galley kitchen, giving us more room and allowing the design to be more functional. Stripped down to the studs, insulation, fresh walls, tile flooring, custom cabinets, clean ceiling, electric, plumbing, the works. Sergio and his team helped us overcome a few hurdles and made our journey as smooth as possible. You know how some kids don't play well together? Well, OSH plays very well with others. Other who mess-up, other contractors, other's options. Sergio is always on your side for design, functionality and safety. When we had unique requests they did all the could to accommodate us. The team was always on time, friendly and professional. Actually they were very fun to work with. Thank you to The OSH Family. God bless.

I finally found the best contractor and just had an amazing experience building an 880sqft ADU. From the first day I discussed the project with Sergio the owner, I felt a sense of ease and trust. Segio is a standup guy and a solid business owner. He has excellent knowledge of all types of remodels and new construction. The proposal was clear and straightforward. His estimate was fair and competitive. Also, there were no change-orders for the project. Sergio hates change-orders just as much as we all do. I chose to add a few things throughout the project and his charges were more than fair. He even did some extra things at no charge. As far as the craftsmanship, the team at OSH is excellent from the crew that built the foundation to the plumbing, electrical, drywall, finishes and painting. OSH has a good size team and self performs almost everything, which gives you peace of mind and better control over timing, budget and quality. Now here is the icing on the cake, OSH Construction completed the job ahead of schedule. Sergio provided a schedule that was already very aggressive. I honestly didn't think it is even possible. The entire house was built in less than 5 months. They were often waiting on us to make decisions and select finishes. They are so fast and efficient while providing the best quality craftsmanship. If you hire OSH Construction, have all your ducks in a row and you will have your remodel completed in no time. I highly recommend OSH Construction and Sergio in particular as a contractor. You will rarely find someone like him these days. A man of his word, who cares about his clients, his employees and does the right thing all the time.

From the initial planning phases to the final inspection, the entire team was professional, transparent, and incredibly skilled. Maximizing a smaller footprint (around 320+ sq. ft.) requires smart design, and they nailed it. The craftsmanship is excellent, though the project was delayed (primarily because of additional nuanced city requirements), their communication throughout the construction process kept us at ease. Though not everything went smoothly, they appropriately addressed and rectified any issues that popped up during the construction process. If you are looking to build an ADU in the OC area, save yourself the headache and go with this team. We gladly recommend OC Builders to family and friends. We were incredibly satisfied throughout the build process and of course the results are beautiful, and will definitely go with this team again should another project come up. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. # Highest Recommendation for Stoneshine Concrete Floor Polishing…read more I am pleased to give Stoneshine Concrete Floor Polishing my highest possible recommendation. From beginning to end, the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team were exceptional. Our crew--Victor, Jose, Armando, Ricardo, Rafael, and Romero, under the supervision of Greg Torres--was outstanding. Every member of the team demonstrated an impressive combination of technical skill, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine pride in their work. Floor polishing is a demanding process, particularly in an occupied home, and I was extremely impressed by the care the crew took to protect our property throughout the project. They were exceptionally conscientious about furniture and surrounding finishes, understanding that many items required delicate handling. They carefully removed doors when necessary, protected walls and adjacent areas, and maintained an unusually clean and orderly work environment. Their preparation and cleanup were every bit as thorough as the polishing itself. What distinguished this crew most was their attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible result. Rather than simply completing each stage of the job, they continually inspected their work, identified areas that would benefit from additional treatment, and addressed them without hesitation. They were meticulous and clearly held themselves to a very high standard. Communication was equally excellent. The team provided thorough explanations of the polishing process, kept us informed about the progress of the project, and readily answered questions. They arrived when promised each day, worked efficiently and consistently, and completed the project on schedule. Their reliability made a substantial project remarkably easy to manage. The crew also deserves special recognition for their work ethic. Working through the intense August desert heat, they remained cheerful, courteous, focused, and remarkably hardworking. They worked relentlessly to provide superior service without allowing the difficult conditions to diminish either the quality of their work or the professionalism of their interactions. Every member of the team was polite, helpful, respectful, and pleasant to have in our home. I would especially like to recognize Greg Torres for his leadership. It is evident that Greg has created and reinforced a culture in which professionalism, craftsmanship, respect, and personal accountability are expected. He sets an excellent example for his team and is clearly highly respected by the crew. The consistency with which every team member demonstrated the same high standards speaks volumes about Greg's leadership and about Stoneshine as a company. The finished floors are beautiful, but equally impressive was the experience of working with this team. Excellent craftsmanship is important; finding a crew that combines that craftsmanship with reliability, cleanliness, careful treatment of a client's home, excellent communication, and genuinely pleasant interactions is much more unusual. I would recommend Stoneshine Concrete Floor Polishing, Greg Torres, Victor, Jose, Armando, Ricardo, Rafael, and Romero without reservation. They exceeded our expectations and demonstrated what top-tier professional service should look like. Highest recommendation.
