The US Rooter insisted that it was repaired and that my water meter was bad or I just need to replace the whole water line leading to the house.   After months of having a continuous small leak it finally emerged into a much larger leak that needed repair. This time I used a different plumber (Roto Rooter) that found the leak (same one) and did a ROCK SOLID repair. My water meter dial doesn't move. NO leak!!! Also, Roto Rooter had informed me that whoever did the previous repair job, didn't know what they were doing and the water line should have never been repaired the way it was.

Chad arrived before 3pm and within about 20 minutes had the problem assessed and a plan of action to resolve. He contacted the office to send a 2nd technician and within about 20-25 minutes Max arrived. They worked as a great team, very knowledgeable and professional and in less than 45 minutes had the main line cleared. The next thing I know, the employee was calling me to tell me he got his camera/hose stuck in the pipe and the only way to get it out would be to dig up the entire plumbing system and replace it... costing $2500 (He actually gave me over 4 different prices, going back and forth on what all was included for each price, but none of them actually adding up. It's like he was just throwing random numbers out and they dont have actual fees set for what they offer). I called the office, requesting to speak with the manager or owner to make sure they knew I didn't want the plumbing system left in worse shape than it was when they got there (long story short, IT WAS) and that we were not interested in a $2500 repair right now. The receptionist said that she would give him my number and he would call me.. he never did. My husband and I talked about it and decided to go ahead and have the repair done, so I called and asked for a written quote... I never got it. I called back, requesting one again, and still never got one. I called back a third time and was told "I meant to call you but got sidetracked. I we are no longer able to do your repair." So to summarize, they came out to look at and tell me what was wrong with a pipe, got a piece of equipment stuck in it, rendering it non-functional, and then said that they can't fix a problem they created?
