It took Matt and Mike about 30 minutes to find the leak and also fix. Turns out it was a drain cap that had come loose or rusted off of a cleanout line and every time the kitchen sink turned on, water dribbled out of the open access. Mike even took a video with his camera to show me the problem. These guys were top shelf and could get to places I thought impossible. It was such a relief to have the problem identified AND repaired. Very professional and very nice guys. If you have a leak that you need identified and repaired, I would not hesitate to give these guys a call. Robin and Mandy in the office were a pleasure to work with as well.

After their inspection, they marked a spot under my concrete slab and stated that the leak was located there. Based on their findings, my plumbing company spent an entire day cutting through and removing a section of the slab, which cost me thousands of dollars. After the slab was opened, it became clear that there was no leak in the location Arkansas Leak Detection had identified. The actual leak was more than 20 feet away from the spot they marked. I contacted Arkansas Leak Detection to discuss the issue and seek a resolution. I was told that the owner would call me back, but I never received a return call. Over the following weeks, I made several additional attempts to contact the company regarding a refund or at least a discussion about what happened. Unfortunately, neither the owner nor anyone else from the company ever followed up with me. My experience was extremely disappointing. The inaccurate leak location resulted in significant unnecessary expense, and the complete lack of communication afterward demonstrated very poor customer service.

My biggest complaint is that the new way companies are beginning to do work is to not disclose to the consumer very much information of what is being done or what the cost would be or what the cost was for that day's service. I was not given an invoice, not was I quoted what the charge would be for that day's service. I was asked for my credit card, and I did not know the cost until the amount was taken out of my banking account, but I still have not and was not given an itemized invoice of what was done and the cost of any itemized work. There was a little bit of pushy salesman's talk. I was told that there should be something done right now with a little pushiness in the tone. I had to explain that I did not want anything done so quickly and I needed to think about what he was offering. I am not sure if what he did has made it any better and with his explanation it appeared he was telling me that what he did do would not be helpful because I probably needed a new complete system, with the one I have is only about seven years old. He left me somewhat confused, leaving me not knowing what really is needed. The air is somewhat cooler than it was before he came out, but he did not tell me how much or if he did put in the freon and did not give me any type of invoice showing a breakdown of the work he performed on that day..
