A salesman came out a few days before Christmas and told us about new units and told us that he would get back to us. Now I know it wasn't going to be fixed during the holiday, but he could have called me back as he said he would. I called a different company they tried to fix the furnace but the same thing happened. The tech got it running and then it went out after 3 hours. So we had to bite the bullet and ordered a new AC and Furnace! We had a new one put in on 1/3/25 by another company! I'm still waiting for advantage to call me. We had no heat for 3weeks.
