We called Mr. McFadden, and he and his assistant, Jordan, soon arrived, the first time we'd used this service. After their careful investigation, the problem was diagnosd as a leak in the copper pipe feeding the bathroom's sink: that leak was dripping inside the wall and flowing down into the ground below. Working smoothly together, the two men stopped the leak and put a new pipe into place. They carefully cleaned up their work, including beneath the cabinet under the sink. We were very impressed and satisfied with the skill and professionalism we witnessed. McFadden Plumbing is now our go-to plumber!

I was so disappointed & told them so. Rep called back & said the Service Manager was willing to offer me a "Free" service call today in the afternoon. I declined the offer because I didn't want a disgruntled employee coming out just because the Service Manager made him. They did good work for me about 10 months ago and I wrote a good review then.
