I bought a package deal from Allison and she emailed me to schedule which was nice, and she was very professional and friendly as well. Her system also sends out reminder texts and emails and appointment confirmations so you don't have to worry if you're like me and forget to set a reminder on your phone. I had my appointment with Allison today and was so impressed with her demeanor and professionalism. She's very personable and friendly and obviously knows a lot about laser and skin conditions. I saw immediate results from the vein treatment for legs and for the capillaries on my cheeks. It was visibly improved right away(which is a first for me), not nearly as painful as some treatments I've had done, and very quickly finished for all the services we did in the one appointment. I'm amazed at how the device she uses covers so many types of treatments. Her office itself is a small, clean, well-lit and intimate setting.... no receptionist or other people that you have to worry about overhearing what treatments you need and no crazy perfumed air like so many laser/aesthetic clinics have. All in all I do and will recommend Crestview Laser Aesthetics to anyone who needs any of the services she provides. I thought the chaos and confusion were related to AWR but was wrong this business is every bit as impossible to deal with as they were and Sherry Nyman is the common denominator. I was barely given two weeks noticed that Nyman had changed her practice. Helio Health is a cash only business (pushing subscriptions) for hormone replacement; peptide therapy; vaginal cosmetics; GLP's and other weight loss drugs. I went there to follow up on my hormone therapy which had been managed by Nyman. They refused to fill my thyroid (no explanation); heavily tried to sell me their vitamins and clearly did not read my intake form. Every part of this visit was rushed and confusing. I had to ask for routine bloodwork to monitor the hormones and was forced to pay for an order rather than using the one my insurance pays for. Everyone from the front office to the medical assistant and the PA was unfriendly and rude. So without my regular hormone prescriptions I had to find a medical professional to manage my hormones and wellness and he even volunteered the bloodwork I was forced to pay for at HelioHealth was inadequate so of course I had to have that repeated and pay for it. Buyer beware no one at this business is interested in women's health; they even want you to text for appointments; not call.

I have been drawing them on for 10+ years now and last year I made the commitment to have them microbladed. The artist I went to offered a "natural" look, so I thought it would be a great fit. It wasn't. I was displeased with the color, the shape (especially the tail!), the placement, and pretty much everything about my new brows even after having multiple, expensive touch-ups. I essentially ended up still drawing them on every day after I covered up the microblading with foundation and concealer. When I discovered Tessa on Instagram, I instantly fell in love with her work. Overall, I have had the phenomenal results with all the treatments I have received here. My experience with the VI peel: Skin blemishes such as sun spots and pigmentation on a scar I have on right cheek decreased significantly after VI peel showed final results. I will say give this treatment at least 4 weeks to see final results. My skin looked a lot smoother and I also noticed a reduction of my blackheads and random acne. My experience with recent Microneedeling: I experienced great care by my aesthetician, she was constantly communicating all the steps. So far I have noticed normal side effects and feel my skin regenerating already. I will update review after 4 weeks to inform you all about final results but so far so great! My experience with Dysport and lip filler infections: Dysport application was painless and went a lot smoother than when I have gotten them done by other aestheticians. Lip filler: My aesthetician Alma was sooo great and noticed I had bumps on my top lip due to the inadequate injection technique by my previous aesthetician. She informed me that it was best to dissolve those bumps and proceed with lip injections at a later time since she wants my lips to look smooth and bump free. My experience with Liquid Rhinoplasty (non-surgical nose job) OMGGGGG I am beyond excited and soooo happy with my results!!! This is a procedure I had been dreading since I know that the nose is a sensitive area due to near by nerves but Alma has proven to be well prepared to perform these types of procedures since again it went so smooth and painless. I hated the side profile look of my nose. It was flat, boring and a little lift was long overdue. An accident on the mopac meant I was going to be late for my scheduled time (unforeseen, I left with PLENTY of wiggle room but we all know how accident traffic in Austin can be). I called to let the shop know and they were very accommodating in pushing my apt out a bit due to the u expected delay - 5 star! The shop itself was small but clean and well appointed. The room where I received my service was cozy and comfortable with blankets and pillows on offer for additional coziness if desired. My esthetician was friendly and talked me through the whole service - including explaining how the process worked and the products being used (they touted the treatment as less harsh and more "natural" than typical services). Admittedly, I am new to the lash game so this review does not have any previous experiences to compare results against or chemical vs natural products to know if one is better or worse. Check-out using the Groupon was quick and easy and so was tipping (my esthetician had a Venmo code up in the room). The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars (I would give 4.5 if I could - come on Groupon) is for two reasons. First, and this is something that happens at all beauty type appointments but it is annoying, products were pushed/recommended at check out. For me, I'd much prefer to only learn about products if I ask. If I don't ask then I'm not looking or interested and I dislike when I feel that I'm trying to be upsold at the end of an otherwise great experience. Second and this might just be my needing to manage my own first time expectations, the end result isn't as dramatic as I was expecting. I guess I expected it to look like I had false eyelashes. My lashes do look like they have a light coat of mascara on but it isn't as dramatic as I was anticipating but that's probably because I was thinking of lash extension results or false lash look and that's not what I got (so again, that's on me). Overall, I did really appreciate the space and service and I did rebook another appointment (and I plan on adding on an eyebrow gloss as well). She is such a warm and inviting and knowledgeable esthetician- you can tell she truly loves what she does and really puts the effort into learning about your skin and giving it the best treatment possible. I have gotten three microdermabrasion treatments there and I can absolutely notice a difference in my skin! She changes out some of the products she uses each time to address what is going on with your skin at that time- it's very custom and she explains everything that she uses and what it does. I'm currently at work completely barefaced after a treatment there and don't even care because my skin is absolutely glowing. I just had my eyebrows done there today as well and WOOOOOW. Definitely more expensive than an average wax but WORTH it. She must have spent almost a half hour waxing, plucking, combing and trimming every hair for optimal shape. I will definitely be trying out some of her other services!
