The flooring installation had to be redone after defects occurred, and installers returned multiple times over several months attempting to correct issues. Problems included uneven flooring, visible gaps between planks, damaged trim and quarter round, and damage caused during installation. There is still a loose plank in the kitchen area that shifts when stepped on. I kept detailed records, photos, and videos throughout the process. While Lowe's corporate representatives did communicate with me, I am disappointed that the flooring still does not reflect the level of professional workmanship I expected.
