He has been an exceptional therapist--patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly gentle with my child. Anthony not only worked with my son during sessions but also guided us as parents on how to support communication at home. His approach made a huge difference. My toddler genuinely looked forward to his sessions every week, which speaks volumes about how comfortable and engaged he felt. For OT we had Izabela who was so gentle and patient with her and although our daughter could be difficult at times Izabela made not only her but myself feel extremely comfortable with her techniques to help her get through anything and continue learning. For speech we were first assigned to a therapist (who was amazing) that shortly after went on maternity leave in which we were then assigned to Shyann. I cannot say anything but amazing things about Shyann!! Our daughter absolutely loved all her sessions with her. I still remember the first day after trying consistently that my daughter said "go" when teaching her ready, set, go. The tears I got after that session will stay with me forever. We would always joke that Miss Jannae was one of his favorite people. He looked forward to his sessions every week because they were so much fun for him. We started with parenting training for 1st 3 sections to learn reflux massage, and move to 1:1. I can see my kid's focus has improved significantly after 5 weeks in. On top of that, they also do regular OT but goes much deeper in terms of working with some behaviors as well. We also go to two other OT offices besides LF. What makes the big difference is they really care! Eric is very good at communicating what he and my son is working, how he did it, and what progress he has made at every section. Eric's good at setting up realistic goals and measures it closely. His communication,patience, on top of his OT skills made a big difference for us to learn about our son's sensory needs and how to handle them. LF is outa network for us. It's not cheap, but you won't need to waste time to go anywhere. They really know what they are doing with our kid. Highly recommended.

Her expertise and experience is admirable. The way she connects with the kids too is just something else. Ms Shruti was our therapist for our treatment and we have such great love for her. After meeting with SLP Sierra Bone and hearing how she interacted with my son (who has ADHD) I informed the office that I wanted to stay via Zoom with Sierra. My son is 9 and never greeted me before, there was never a hi, how are you? Sierra had been working on it with him and my son randomly asked me how I was doing one day. This was HUGE! Since then she's really opened my son up to have conversations and he is improving so much! My son has went a different Speech Company in the past and we had a horrible experience, the staff was constantly changing, opinions of the SLPs were very different and the billing department was constantly making mistakes. We are SO GRATEFUL for Sierra.

We reached out for help and everyone at Proficio supported us through each step. We are so delighted to have been paired with Sierra. She knows how to engage with our son to get the most out of him, while keeping it light and fun, so he doesn't lose interest. She communicates effectively with us (the parents) on what she recognizes as an obstacle during that session and how to overcome it. I also get follow up emails and at-home activities for between our sessions. My son has made tremendous progress and is now able to speak in full sentences. We know there is more to do, but what a relief to have Sierra help us to where we are today. He always looks forward to seeing Sierra for play time. Also, the location is amazing, very welcoming and peaceful. The 1st floor of this location has some games that will occupy the little ones as you wait for your appointment. IPT was such an excellent provider for our family…read more First- just getting ahold of someone to ask questions and schedule our evaluation was so much easier and frankly, family centered and kind than any other place I reached out to. I live in Oakland, CA. I called every single Pediatric OT in Berkeley, Oakland, Walnut Creek, and every other place in ten miles. I was so disappointed in how difficult it was to get help for my child. Ghandi was the only person who had a frank and helpful conversation with me, she was the only provider who mentioned what would be "developmentally appropriate evaluation". She was a breath of fresh air. Immediately after that first conversation, I knew this was a business that I could trust. Logistically, everything was always clear and easy to manage. Secondly, and most importantly, Ms. Gabby, our OT,worked miracles with my son. We were having so many issues at home and school, and now after working with her he's shown so much improvement across multiple developmental domains. It has been such a huge shift for not only him but our whole family. She was incredibly knowledgable, patient, helpful and effective. My son learned so much from his time with her, and so have we as parents! The support extended beyond the sessions and have been integrated into all parts of how we parent and support our child.
