I have recommended Hitomi to some of my closest friends and I will continue to recommend her services to anyone who needs OT.

As parents, we were looking for someone who could not only understand our daughter's unique way of learning but also connect with her highly logical and helpful personality. Ms. Cameryn did exactly that. She created a safe, structured, and incredibly supportive environment where our daughter felt confident enough to find her voice. What sets Ms. Cameryn apart is her patience and her ability to tap into a child's natural strengths. She turned every session into a 'mission' that was excited to complete. Because of her guidance, we've seen major breakthroughs in our daughter's communication, social reciprocity, and emotional regulation. It is rare to find a therapist who combines such high-level professional expertise with genuine, heartfelt kindness. She is truly loves her, and while we are transitioning to home-based care due to our work schedules, we are so grateful for the foundation Ms. Cameryn built. If you are looking for a therapist who will truly 'see' your child and help them thrive, we highly recommend Ms. Cameryn!"

Instead, the proposed approach seemed very similar to methods already being provided through the school system at no additional cost. Considering the high hourly cost of private therapy, I expected a more specialized, individualized, and proactive approach. Unfortunately, I did not feel confident in their ability or willingness to provide that level of treatment. In my opinion, there are more experienced and capable providers available who are willing to take a more hands-on approach toward developing verbal communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this institution.

After meeting with SLP Sierra Bone and hearing how she interacted with my son (who has ADHD) I informed the office that I wanted to stay via Zoom with Sierra. Since then she's really opened my son up to have conversations and he is improving so much! My son has went a different Speech Company in the past and we had a horrible experience, the staff was constantly changing, opinions of the SLPs were very different and the billing department was constantly making mistakes. The therapists and front office staff deserve five stars. Leadership's approach to families does…read morenot. As a parent of twins with developmental disabilities, I understand the importance of attendance. I also understand the reality of managing multiple therapies, medical appointments, school meetings, and life. Over time, repeated conversations about missed appointments, attendance reminders, and signing attendance acknowledgments left me feeling judged instead of supported. The final straw was accidentally leaving one week off a summer scheduling form, which led to another conversation about attendance. It wasn't about that one incident--it was the realization that this philosophy simply doesn't align with how I believe families of children with additional needs should be treated. The clinicians were wonderful, and the front desk staff were always professional and kind. My disappointment lies with leadership and the culture created by these policies. Families seeking pediatric therapy need partnership, empathy, and flexibility. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and we chose to take our children elsewhere.

If you are looking for a place for an Alzheimer's, patient to have a long-term care, this is…read moreprobably a very good solution. If you're looking for short-term skilled nursing, I'm not so sure. I brought my mom in here to recover from major surgery. They screwed up the medications for the first 2 to 3 days until I came in and sorted it out myself. And if you're doing this, just be aware, that if the hospital transfers a patient, it can take them a minimum of 12 hours to get the medication to their facility, but no one will tell you this. So as a result, my mother who is suffering from extreme pain due to major surgery, had to wait almost 12 hours for medication because once I realized what was going on, I had two traipse to her house and procure some myself. And even once I thought we sorted it out, they still kept forgetting to give her some of the meds she was supposed to have for her eyes. It was eminently frustrating. They treat everyone like a dementia patient whether they have dementia or not. This is a material problem for people who do not have dementia. If someone is trying to recover from something, it means they will not get the attention, exercise, etc. that they need to actually recover. They'll be told to stay in bed and not move. Not helpful. They are shortstaffed on skilled nurses for the facility. There's basically one per shift and that is the only person who is allowed to do much of anything other than very basic stuff. Another material problem in my point of view The facility itself is very nice, clean, with a variety of separate spaces that are all well maintained. The food was high-quality. There are enough people around that you can feel like at least someone is always on duty and attending to the needs of the residence. Everyone who works there is delightful. To be fair, they listen to my concerns and tried to rectify and respond in a timely manner. If this is considered one of the best of the best, I'm alarmed for what that means for my own old age. It was OK. Like I said, if you're using it for long-term Alzheimer's support it's probably fine.
