As parents, we were looking for someone who could not only understand our daughter's unique way of learning but also connect with her highly logical and helpful personality. Ms. Cameryn did exactly that. She created a safe, structured, and incredibly supportive environment where our daughter felt confident enough to find her voice. What sets Ms. Cameryn apart is her patience and her ability to tap into a child's natural strengths. She turned every session into a 'mission' that was excited to complete. Because of her guidance, we've seen major breakthroughs in our daughter's communication, social reciprocity, and emotional regulation. It is rare to find a therapist who combines such high-level professional expertise with genuine, heartfelt kindness. She is truly loves her, and while we are transitioning to home-based care due to our work schedules, we are so grateful for the foundation Ms. Cameryn built. If you are looking for a therapist who will truly 'see' your child and help them thrive, we highly recommend Ms. Cameryn!"

We would always joke that Miss Jannae was one of his favorite people. He looked forward to his sessions every week because they were so much fun for him. With her support, my son made so much progress, and is now speaking in full, complex sentences. We are so grateful to Miss Jannae for helping our son grow his speech skills!

My daughter has had many speech therapists in the past, but Paula is hands down, the best! I even had her assess my son! She is extremely knowledgeable and she always has a plan to move your child forward. By the time my daughter was 5, she had had Paula for 2 years, my daughter was even able to graduate from speech for a period of time, something I never thought was even possible in a child with Down Syndrome. My daughter loves to work with her as well which is very important. I am an exclusive Paula client now and I won't go to anyone else because she is the best!

I really appreciate the detailed session notes with tips for things we can do at home with our daughter. This is a long overdue review, but so necessary…read more The A Plus Home Health Care team from John to Marisa to my mom's other nurses that would stop by were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately my mom passed away in February 2019, but this company and team helped her pass away with dignity, comfort, and peace. And really, with a lot of love since she was at home surrounded by her loved ones. The A Plus Home Health Care team responded to my family's urgent and ASAP needs on the drop of a dime and when my mom passed, they even attended her funeral services. I don't know if there's even enough words to thank this team and company, but know that you and your family are in the best hands. Thank you and I am forever grateful for what you did for my mom and our family. God bless!

Thank goodness for the people at A Plus Home Health Care . Right from the start I had a very good interaction with Delma who if I had to guess runs day to day in the office. She got the ball rolling right there on the spot and had a list of people from P. T. and nurses I would be seeing for the next few weeks. I couldn't think of any other people I'd rather have taking care of me after surgery then the people at A Plus Home Health Care . There's Amareet, ( I don't know if I've spelled any of their names correctly ), nurse Cathy, Delma, Robert and Kathleen from P.T. Each one of these people were caring and skilled at their job. Kathleen was just the best. From my well-thought-out exercise regimen to answering all my questions which people tend to have a lot of after having surgery. She called Robert in to have a look at my hip for the amount of swelling I was having. It was great having someone to talk to that who was able to put you at ease and let you know that what you were experiencing was normal . I can't say enough about all of these people and the wonderful company that they work for. I honestly don't know what I would've done if if I hadn't had the help these people provided. When you're scared, unsure and overwhelmed with information, it's nice to have people that take the time to listen to you and provide the care that you actually need. Thank You.

I think their "policy" needs to change a little more to client friendly. Their last min cancellation fee is $100, which I understand but we've had a couple of last minute cancellations from the therapist and that doesn't count towards anything :/ There are many other places that are not as strict about this (unless you do it more than a couple of times) so I would go elsewhere.

From intake to our final class, the staff made sure that the scheduling process was a breeze, and that visits did not fall short of expectations. They have an excellent staff dedicated to your child's development, and the office is pristine. Not just clean; very well kept. I noticed that there wasn't one tear on a book or broken toys. They put lots of effort into upkeep, knowing well that toys and books can take a beating with younger kids. East Bay Child Development Center has terrific speech therapists and therapists specialized in helping in all other types of child development, including but not limited to physical therapy, etc. We went through 2 different speech therapists and 1 or 2 therapy students which was a little harder for our son to grow accustomed to because it would take him awhile to warm up (which I've learned isn't unusual for any development therapy center), but each therapist tried their absolute best to ensure they were giving him the utmost care and attention.

That speech is not a good fit for him, that his sister runs around the hallways exploring toys and opened doors of offices, about me get a phone call so they discharged him from services. This is racism and discrimination by the way ladies I want to give you suggestions, your office needs a new administration, organisation and functionality. Everybody there seems to go everywhere, I don't know if these people work here are they clients. The back door to the outside was open, this is called dysfunctional. The office receptionist was like his first day to work, confused and looked around like a lost boy. There four people by office were speaking loud and chatting. They failed my son years ago when he was younger because they said he was not ready for speech when I just changed my insurance to get accepted to come here. Now he's 12 years old saying he's not a good fit. Shame on you to say that to me. You can't discharge him that's illegal. My son is trying with his speech and he has rights in California to receive speech therapy any age. Discrimination by the ability, then age, what's next because his sister running around the office and also I was on the phone? For that lady who spoke with me today over the phone couldn't wait on me. And making me feel like I was being fired from the job, she sounded rude and said my daughter was running around the room and I was speaking loud on the phone so the excuse to fail my son. Then changed her words saying he's not a good fit and he runs fast and wants to push the kids. She needs to find more excuses for her to dismiss him. You don't know how hard and challenging to be a mother of autistic kid. I finally thought I have him his speech going and then you locked me up like shutting my mouth. Go see if your speech therapist is the one who has the problem. She too lazy to give speech therapy or has a lack of skills. This is Shameless and discrimination.
